We realy thought that being a 4star hotel we would not have cheap nescafe blend 43 instant coffee in the room We would have expected an espresso machine at least The other thing was no usb charge points not a biggy but a pain in the derier if you didn’t bring a plug

This was a one night stay for an event, the hotel was clean and staff very accommodating

The close proximity to concerts.

When we opened the door, there was an overbearing smell of urine like someone had missed getting to the toilet, and although it had been cleaned, you could still smell it. The airconwasnt strong enough to get air flow so we had to open our door. With no windows for natural airflow, it was really stuff and didn't allow for a great sleep or relaxing in your room.

Great location, for $550 I wouldn’t stay again! Left dirty linen inside room when we checked in

Professional staff, great location

Entered our room and still had dirty linen on the floor! I’ve tried contacting the hotel twice via booking.com with no reply! Terrible customer service in this instance

Awesome location and stunning rooms!

Beautifully presented and great location! In walking distance to the train station, running track, stadium and Quay Centre. Fantastic buffet breakfast

Fantastic Hotel!

Great room size. Beds were ridiculously comfortable, heaven! Great size bathroom too with tub ! Great location. Within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops etc

Honestly, I'd be picking at straws. The only thing I didn't like was the size pillows on the bed. Would have preferred two normal sized pillows, but that wasn't enough for us not to enjoy our stay.

it was a great location for the even we were attending the staff were friendly and welcoming the room was clean as was the hotel the room service was okay - i would have liked to see more options

i think some more options on the room service menu would have been great. Other than that i thin the hotel was fine Nothing to complain about I would stay there again

Fabulous staff and location but outdated room that needs more cleaning.

The staff were lovely. Helpful and even had little touches like adding 2 bottles of water to the car when it comes to collecting it from valet.

The room was not clean and the facilities were very outdated. Mould present in the air conditioning vent, damage to the edge of the wall, shelf in the bathroom broken previously so on an angle meaning it isn’t usable. The fridge had a smell when it was opened, dust everywhere!

We were attending a cheerleader competition and ended up moving our car from the car park to a pay per hour car park at check out time. A fellow competitor informed us that the parking I had paid for at Pullman. Was for 24 hours not until check out. Had I known this I would not have incurred additional costs to myself.

Staff were lovely and good location

Water was coming out of the drain with muck and dirt when letting water out of the bath. Very dirty and then couldn't use the bath again as we had to leave the water in so the bathroom didn't fill with drain dirt. Could hear the elevator all night in our room. For the price we paid, it really wasn't worth the stay.

Disappointing for a Pullman brand - I wont stay at Pullman elsewhere now based on this.

No sockets near bedside to plug in phone charger, poor dribble of a shower, alarm clock set to wrong time - when rang reception, went downstairs to wait rather than guess when they would come and fix - restaurant poor table service and very slow main course service - and it was quiet.

Beautiful hotel, amazing restaurant

The location was perfect for our needs. The restaurant was superb for breakfast and dinner and we loved the Executive lounge as well
