W porządku

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do restauracji, sklepów. Codziennie sprzątane pokoje, ręczniki wymieniane na życzenie.

Śniadania mogłyby być lepsze. Strasznie monotonne. Mały wybór. Trochę mała szafa, praktycznie tylko dla 1 osoby.

Powiem że nie polecam tego hotelu

Śniadanie bardzo obfite. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Hotel niestety na cztery gwiazdki to już wymaga trochę remontu.

Personel - jedna z osób personelu, która zamiast mi pomóc w rozwiązaniu problemu (chodziło o przelew pieniędzy z Booking.com na konto hotelu) była arogancka, wręcz niemiła i groziła mi że mam zapłacić za pobyt 2 osób sam i sam uporać się z w/w problemem

Localização e vistas

Localização, disponibilidade dos funcionários, desde a receção ao restaurante. Quarto amplo e vista desafogada (mar).

Num hotel de 4 estrelas, há pormenores que podem fazer a diferença. Por exemplo: torneira do lavatório da casa de banho é antiga e a água não jorra para a pia, a não ser que se abra no máximo (não faz sentido e é um desperdício de água). A banheira é vetusta e o chuveiro do "chinês". Na comida, apesar de ter pago meia pensão em estilo buffet, a primeira noite foi à carta sem opção de escolha... Pese variar todas as noites, a... variedade não era grande, nem grande coisa.

Little disappointed. I will visit funchal again at a different hotel

Fantastic location and the pool area was a good size with plenty of beds

We experienced luke warm water when we wanted to shower in the evenings. Staff at the front desk were aware of this issue and suggested we run the facet from the basin and bath at the same time to get hot water. Very odd, not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. There was no designated smoking area. As a non-smoker, it was not to our liking that guests were free to smoke at the pool area and on the balcony of the room. Woke up with my room smelling of strong cigarette smoke

Good situation, has some parking spaces.

I am rating this as a 125 EUR room, which was the advertised price (I had a discount and paid 75 EUR). Shower (bathtub) had no curtain, and was quite old with mold and small cracks in edges. You have to pay a daily or weekly fee to use the safe that is in your room. There's a fee for towels at the pool too, which you are required to use. There's no visible electric plug in room, we had to move furniture to find some. Overall, it felt more like a 50 EUR room, I wonder if the discount was real.

The hotel should invest in better coffee machines. During the breakfast time there were crowds of people around them and the machines were constantly dirty. Coffee splashing around... We also missed bigger storage space in the room. Bigger cupboards or simply a spare table. We spent 13 days in the hotel and most of our stuff was in the suitcases or on the floor.

The location is fantastic. The staff were great and it is very clean.

I thought everything was great. The bar/restaurant was rather expensive though. I could get an American coffee for 1/3 of the price elsewhere.

A good hotel close by the city

The hotel was really close by the city and a lot of restaurants. The staff was really nice

We didn't have as many utilities in the room as we expected. For instance, we didn't have a watercooler.

- tasty breakfast (especially fresh pinapple and oranges!) - the room has a usefull tarrace - quite comfortable beds

- the room we booked was described as "double bed or twin bed". We booked it and asked for double bed, but we got twin bed anyway. When asked about the possibility of changing the room, the staff gave us a topper (for the bed) and promised to try and change the room, but there was no room left with a double bed. We had to stay with our twin bed for the whole duration of our stay. - shower curtain was really smelly (stench of water that didnt get a chance to dry up) - poorly leveled floor in the bathroom - the water stayed on the floor despite the sinkhole in the middle of the bathroom - old furniture

Perfect location and amazing views.

Location was ideal if you want to walk to the centre. Restaurants and sea side close by. Pool was big and the bar makes most delicious cocktails. My room had a balcony and I could enjoy beautiful view. And breakfast selection was really nice with cooked breakfast and all Breakfast staples.
