It was in a great location as my partner was doing the marathon. The staff where very friendly and attentive

The staff are amazing at the Fitzwilliam. I stayed the night before the Dublin Marathon and they were so accommodating and supportive. They gave all the runners a goodie bag on their way to the race start line to prepare us. They also allowed me back into my room to shower after the race (as a very late check out). The room was so comfortable and I slept so well... exactly what I needed the night before the marathon. Couldn't recommend highly enough and will absolutely be back.

Courteous staff. Bringing fine doctor for consultation.
It was fine.

It's a beautiful hotel right in the centre of Dublin, opposite St Stephen's Green and a two-minute walk from Temple Bar - it could not be in a better location! The room was large and comfortable, with lovely little attentions like a welcome letter and cookies. Breakfast was delicious too.
Though the concierge did their best, they weren't very informed about public transport to get around Dublin, so we had to get a taxi to pick up our rental car.

Location was great. Walking everywhere.
The very helpful Concierge was a great help to find places and events etc.
Barman was very professional and proficient in mixing real martini's.
TV in the room did not work .... day one no sound. Day two no sound or channels .... staff called but were unable to assist,

The staff were so nice and helpfull. We had a lovely welcome and as it was my partners birthday we were presented with two glasses of Presecco at reception and brought to our room where we had two glasses of wine and a lovely gift.
Such great service delivered in a friendly caring way and with a smile.
My partner felt very special on the night and we were both delighted we chose to stay with you.

location excellent, and room interior decor was nice Art Deco. Complimentary mini bar :-))
There was a stale smell on our 4th floor corridor, like a mouldy mop. We arrived to our room there was a welcome note and cookies but made out in someone else’s name. There were herniated springs in the mattress in an otherwise comfortable bed. The mini fridge was not working, positively warm-could have been user error, limited instructions! Like many hotel rooms it had poor layout, I need a chair near a socket and a mirror to use a hairdryer and decent natural light to put on makeup.

I loved the bathroom it was very well organised.
The room in general was very appealing

Accommodation perfectly fine at half the price but far short of other 5* hotels we have stayed in. Room cramped; decor faded and may have looked good in the 70’s; bathroom finish (grouting, tiles, plumbing etc) 2* standard; bar a little sad and neglected.

locations and clean.

nothing. ran down smelly and noisy
ran down, beat up furniture, smell masked by deodorant, unbelievable noise from the hall
