We ordered croissants and bread most days, perfect. The setting was beautiful, the property perfect, the pool and within easy driving distance to some fantastic hilltop villages.
Nothing could have been better

Nice, big, clean apartment. Quiet location in the middle of nature. Easy and very well marked access. Enough parking spaces. 15 minute walking distance to lovely town Casole d'Elsa.

The whole area inside is really beautiful, the gardens, the pool, the balcony. The location is good and there are some restaurants nearby. Great value for money!
The reception was open only 3 hours during our stay so we couldn’t use all the facilities (laundry specifically). The kitchen is small. The Wi-Fi outside of the apartment is not so good.

Location is amazing if you want to explore the region (you need a car). The hotel itself is beatiful, peaceful, very welll maintained, great facilities as swiming pool area. Great value for money. Staff is very kind.
We got an apartment on the first floor. Not too convinient to use the garden area asigned to our appartment. Apparently via booking.com it is not possible to chose the appartment or floor. We were with an aged person, so at the end the movility was a little bit reduced. But even with this situation, I would come back to the hotel. Super recommended.

The property was gorgeous! The location was a bit remote, there were few dining options and the closest grocery store was about 25 minutes away.
This might only apply to guests travelling by plane from outside bordering countries like us (visiting from the US) but it would be helpful to have more than 1 bath towel per guest for the duration of their stay. It would be helpful to let guests know in advance which type of coffeemaker is provided so that we could purchase the right supplies. An electric kettle, filter and pour-over coffee pot would be ideal.

Beautiful surroundings and a very central location in Tuscany. Atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the surroundings were tidy, pretty, spacious and well kept. We were travelling as a family of 3 and our three year old was especially happy with the play areas and a big pool. We enjoyed our time!
Very frugal in terms of toilet paper. There was one roll of toilet paper once we got there, and we were staying for four nights. You get more by asking, of course - but still, it would be both convenient and corteous to stock some extra..
Kitchen stove was inefficient, cooking took ages.

Typical Tuscan property very well located. Close to Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni (car needed). we had a studio for 3 persons which was big enough, very cosy, clean and with a big covered terrace. The entire property looks very nice, well maintained, each ap has a garden, the pool area looked very nice, several places were kids can play, big parking lot. The owner was very nice and friendly. It’s a shame there’s no restaurant close to the property. As we traveled in November, we had problems in finding a restaurant.

Dish washer did not have hot water therefore we had to wash with hands, the fridge was making very loud noise that it was even hard to speak sometimes, in one room there was canalization smell from the toilet, it aired out quickly if you open the window but still it bothered at first.
The territory around apartment is really great with flowers and fruit: gardens, all green, very cute tables outside, taken care or. Everything was clean, we liked the interior a lot, we had everything we needed for cooking. Very helpful stuff, convenient parking. Location is excellent for exploring Tuscany by car. Good value for money

It’s a very lovely Borgo, the staff are all very kind. The garden area’s and pool area are great. It’s all maintained very well by the gardener and the staff. The pool is very clean and every room has its own beds and umbrella. There’s enough parking space.
The room was located right next to the reception, sometimes the conversations between staff and guests were very loud. This was inconvenient when our toddler was asleep. The bed and pillows were very very uncomfortable, we would wake up with pain in our backs and necks. The kitchenette was outdated aswell but functional.
The communication at check in was very friendly, but we missed some information. We didn’t know if en how often they would clean the bedroom or the towels/bed linnen.

Everything was perfect, we had a very good relaxing time. The place ideal for families, well equipped activity area for kids, we used the barbecue area and you can bake your pizza , next time we will try it! It’s very-very quiet. The pool is huge and clean! Well maintained the entire property. Helpful and kind staff.
Personally the pillow was very hard which not fit for us otherwise no complains.
