Everything was great. Hope to be back in the next year or two.
The beach. The online pictures show a beautiful beach and that was one reason we chose this resort. Perhaps update your website as it seemed to be everyone’s biggest complaint when we were there.

The property was great
The beach area was horrible very little sand and murky waters not the blue you see on ads, they charged me for taxes after my stay, don’t recommend it if you like the beach. The pools where clean but where very warm in temperature

The food was excellent in every restaurant. Top steaks and a variety of foods. The staff service was excellent. Ricardo in the breakfast buffet room was always attentive and kept us filled with coffee and drinks without asking. The Nespresso cafe was perfect dri KS and ice cream and pastries. Water was always filled in our room al I ng with snacks..just amazing service here. I will definitely recommend and return!!
Only thing was the beach water was kinda had sea weed, but the staff was always cleaning it. This is mother nature doing, nothing to do with the resort.

Breakfast was great and dinner buffet
The Asian place food was not good but they tried
They did not make none of the alcoholic drinks well example sex on the beach, daiquiri, margarita and others. It was not drinkable at all, not sure if they just people that are following a recipe on how it supposed to made but do not know how.

Everything
Nothing

Staff, food, amenities, infrastructure, access to services
Beach - rocky and full of algea, we only went twice in a week and stayed under an hour
Lack of events/activites - There wasn’t anything much to do after 10PM, and the bars close at 11PM. Room service is 24hrs but that doesn’t make it up for it.

Pools, Room, Water Slides, Food
Beach was worn away, seaweed in and out of the water. You could not swim at the beach.

What a amazing place that I ever experienced. Room condition is very good to stay two adults and twins, two years old. Facilities especially bar, restaurants and pool is perfect. Staffs are very kind and well-trained. Hotel, itself has a great comportable atomosphere for family as well as couples who wants relaxing and recharging. (I am writing this review at xxx hotel, all inclusive with 5 stars located in hotel zone and similar price per night even more modernized. But my choice is Hyatt Ziva Reviera.)

The staff was excellent! I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff was. Everyone was personable, attentive and friendly. The resort was extremely accommodating of my gluten allergy, and there were plenty of options for me to eat. One waiter went and sought out gluten free bread for me, unsolicited, so that I would have some before dinner. I did not feel like I had to sacrifice because I had an allergy. The food was abundant. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from and plenty of bars. The activities were nice, and there were options for exercise if you chose. The room was spacious and very clean.
Room service was a little unreliable. There were times when food arrived very late or not at all, and there was no real number to call to follow up. While I would highly recommend the spa for massages and the hydrotherapy treatment, I would not recommend the spa for nail services. They were extremely overpriced for the value and I had some questions about cleanliness and the reuse of tools.

Everything was amazing property beautiful rooms beautiful staff kind food was delicious lots of variety drinks a good and strong pools are beautiful and clean the welcome you with cold towels and water
Everything was amazing except could not use beach do to sea weed washing up and they clean it all day. Also we were unable to use the jetted tub in the room because we couldn’t get the stopper to work.

Service is very good everywhere, very guest oriented. Root café is very nice addition to a property. Food at the buffet - lots of selection, but not always what i would pick.

I loved the pool area there was 6 different pools to choose from! I love all the activities that they had on the resort for kids and adults! the nightly entertainment was wonderful! Arianna was the best and most pleasant employee!
the lobby area is horrible and needs a lot of work still! the food was not that great! The beds at the pool area which you have to rent only serves 4 people which makes no sense if its an all inclusive hotel! everything they give you at the bed you can easily get cause they have waiters walking around! The theater is located out doors so if it rains the show is over cause the lobby area have many leaks!

The resort was beautiful and convenient - so many pools, restaurants and bars. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. Our rooms were lovely and very comfortable. We enjoyed the stretching, Zumba aqua fit classes.
Not a big deal but communications could have been a bit better. There were times that some restaurants were closed when the website said they should have been open. I think handing out a paper schedule or posting it in main areas would have been good.
