Niet waard en het was echt een ramp, airco werkte niet en had enorm veel last van muggen.

Staff were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. The location was excellent. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. If you go sightseeing by tour bus, the hotel is the best place to stay.
The room door was difficult to open. The bathroom door was broken and it wouldn't close. The hotel doesn't have ramps. There is an area where homeless people sleeping on the way to the Termini Station.

Colazione deludente.

Nothing, this is a terrible hotel. The location to the train station was the only good thing.
This is a terrible hotel. No elevator, no air conditioning, cracked broken stairs, shower was barely big enough for an average sized person and the bed was hard as a rock and the room was small.

The proximity to restaurants, the Metro, and Roma termini was perfect. The breakfast was simple but very yummy. Staff was great to work with.
The bathtub had a hard plastic barrier that served as the curtain. It would have fine, but it moved if you bumped into it and then water would be all over the bathroom floor.
Minor issue. I would still come back anyway!

Breakfast average. Pastries stale for each of 3 days
Lift out of order for 2.5 days and had to walk up 3 levels stairs. The towels were not replaced on daily basis. The shampoo (poor quality) and soap not replaced daily. No glasses - only cups. Air conditioning did not work. No toilet roll holder - had to place on edge of bath. No TV stations showing language other than Italian. Very poor value for money. We will not stay here ever again

The hotel is centrally located near the train station. The rooms are big but cleaning was very bad. Breakfast is uniform throughout the stay. One of the rooms had no hot water all the time. We are not satisfeid with our stay at Hotel Nizza, Rome.
We didn,t like the woman who greeted us at the front desk. She was unkind, nervous, incompetent. We did not like the breakfast and the cleaning of the rooms.

The staff was great
In our room there were huge cracks on the wall, the window faced carnage bins on the side of the hotel. it was very loud every morning.

Location is perfect. 10 minute walk approximately to termini train station. It is walking distance too all main attractions.
Reception staff are very helpful and friendly, even though with language barrier they did their best
Bathroom is not bright enough. The toilet still had stain on the rim which we had to clean. Hotel could do with a refurbishment as very dated.
Breakfast was poor. Do not expect a proper breakfast. It only contained your normal breakfast pastries like croissant, donut and another type of pastry. Some cold ham and slice cheese. 2 choices of cereal. No cold milk. Yoghurt and slices of bread for toast.

Great location and price. Not a luxurious hotel but enough for a traveler, a couple or a family who want a comfortable bed and a convenient location.

The Location and Staff are great. Breakfast is quite basic but it comes complimentary so that was ok.
The whole hotel is quite run down and in need of renovation, the room was quite dated, the shower was leaking and they even placed the shower head on the floor to avoid the dripping noise.

the location was good, its walking distance from termini station.
the mattress and the pillows was not comfortable, not too many choices in the breakfast menu!

The position of the hotel is very comfortable for coming and going to and for the central station of rome (termini). Therefore, coming (or going) by train or airplane is very handy (termini has a pricey but direct link to the airport of Fiumicino, Rome main airport).
The price was ok. Excellent and super supportive staff, very kind.
Unfortunately the surroundings of Termini station are getting worse, due to illegal migrants, drunk people and robbers. it is clearly not a responsibility of the hotel, but especially in the evenings /nights it is better to be aware of the unpleasant situation around the railway station, especially for women.
Some rooms of the hotel need to be refurbished, or maybe repainted.

The location was excellent, and less than 5 minutes walk from Termini station. All the major visitor attractions can be reached from the Termini metro station which is 12 euros for 48 hours.
The breakfast was okay, more hot choices would of been nice. The shower head was stuck together with silicone, this caused I small jet of water to shoot up covering the floor with water, still able to shower though.

The staff was great. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They gave us a map and tips on what to do. The hotel is right in the center of the city so everything is near. The room was large enough and very clean.
The facility is old. It is a bit noisy at night because of the traffic.

Room is extremely old. Walls dirty. Floor coverage just tiles, like in a toilet. Bed broken. Terrible smell from bathroom pipes, not possible to sleep unless you open windows. Someone was in my room when i was absent, they opened a cupboard by the bed, probably tried to steal and forgot to close the cupboard (I did not touch it since my arrival). This is not a hotel, absolutely not for this money 120 EUR. Avoid this place by all means.
