Accettabile per una notte

Scelto come tappa di ritorno dalla Scozia Gentilissima e efficientissima la ragazza (Sam) che ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo verso le sette di sera. La stessa ragazza ci ha fatto check in accompagnandoci alle stanze e poi ci ha servito la cena.

Camere e soprattutto bagni che risalgono agli anni 70. Colazione terribile. Un solo esempio: Il cuoco che era anche cameriere ha spostato da un piatto all’altro le uova già cotte utilizzando le mani ( uova cotte all’occhio di bue)

Great room, friendly staff.

Was OK but nothing fully set up and made the experience a little less than I was expecting. Only 1 staff member for our breakfast and seemed a little short for a group of 10 people.

There was alot of noise coming from above our room and this didn't stop until about 0330 hrs. There was no one to tell in the morning nor anyone to hand our keys to on check out.

Location good. Warm welcome, staff were really good. Room small but fine for a short stay, Had a good dinner there followed by a great night in the bar with a good breakfast the next morning.

Enjoyable cozy and comfortable

The hotel was lovely 😊 clean friendly staff. The bed was so comfortable. The meal at night was perfect. And the breakfast was delicious. The staff were all very helpful.

Very enjoyable just needs some issues ironed out! Would happily return!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Food was superb and piping hot! Very clean.

Staffing issues, one young girl on the whole day with no support, till evening shift. No tables set for breakfast, we did it ourselves! Our room was a bit dated!

Location was very good as it was central however no hotel car park so we had to use free public carpark about 300 yards behind hotel. Breakfast was excellent and room was clean and comfortable

We didnt have evening meals in hotel and restaurant didnt appear to be in use on Sunday after 6pm when Sunday carvery ended. Supposedly there was a curry night on Monday night however we were not offered this, however whether it happened or not wasnt clear as there were very few people in the hotel. There didnt appear to be anywhere to eat in Lockerbie - we ended up with fish suppers!

I have stayed before in June 2017. I picked this hotel/location as I was bringing my aunt n unc up for a few days. I had a single room n they had a triple room. My room was great - only thing it is old decor but they are doing it up in stages. My aunt n unc liked their room.

The only thing I didnt like was 4pm check in. We did get it slightly before.

Great staff and great food but the rooms are awaiting a long overdue refurbishment

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was lovely too. We had an evening meal as well as breakfast and couldn’t complain at all.

The rooms were really small and it was the worst shower I’ve ever had. To be fair, the Hotel is only a two star establishment and is undergoing room refurbishments. We really hope things improve with the new rooms as this hotel has great potential.

Adequate for one night.

I didn't have breakfast. The location was good for me. The room was adequate, however in need of redecorating and updating. Staff were welcoming and took me to my room on arrival.

Very noisy up until around 9pm. Decor was very dated and building in need of some TLC and upgrading.

The whole of the downstairs had been refurbished and they informed us that the bedrooms are next .
