comfy bed, lovely breakfast! and the bathroom and room was very clean.
person next door was blasting out music, it vibrated through the wall so loudly. There was also an argument coming from the pub yard but all was quiet by midnight. It was very warm in the room so had to keep the window open.

Parking could have been assigned. As a resident I experienced many times where i struggled for a while to find parking. Understand that it is not just a hotel but also a pub, but would be nice to have separated parking from pub goers to residents.

It was good for what we wanted. Having the pub downstairs made it easy for food, etc although i can't say the food was the best ,but the carvery was
For a family room the pull out bed is too small and uncomfortable my children are only small 6,9 and they struggles sharing I would definitely say its only a room for 3 not 4 ,rooms where clean but needs a like of paint walls where covered in marks which made it look a bit run down .

The bed was extremely comfortable!
Couldn't fault the staff. They were all friendly and very helpful.
The hotel is in need of a lift for people who are not that mobile. The stairs were the only negative in our stay.

Booked late, the staff were very welcoming to us as it was a late book in.

Cleanliness
Remote needex battery. No direction to the car park beforehand. Carpet outside in hallway smell old.a

Clean, modern comfortable rooms. Complimentary bath products and plenty of clean towels.
We had the carvery for dinner which was fresh and so tasty. Ordered the kids pizza and dessert for my son. Expected a microwave pizza which I thought is standard in the chain restaurants but was pleasantly surprised to be served with a freshly cooked pizza from the pizza kitchen located at the back of the building. Buffet breakfast the next morning amazing value for money and also very tasty.
The pub at the front seemed very lively so was disappointed I couldn't take my son in (he had to leave the back area as soon as food was stopped). However there was karaoke on and we were situated at the back of the hotel over the car park and never heard a thing in the room.

Useful parking, good location, easy to find, comfy bed, and a lovely breakfast. What more do you need? Oh yes, tea and coffee in the room was nice too.
TV reception in the room was abysmal. I think there were only 2 channels that had a clear, uninterrupted signal, and there was nothing much on those.
