Lovely annexe room.. great big fluffy towels and Elemis toiletries. Comfortable
Bed and great wet room
Two of the days a proper breakfast wasn’t available although paid for … only croissants and make your own toast.. no cereal.. limited fruit .. staff apologetic and very nice.. but was so disappointing not to get the breakfast we should have…

Lovely room, good facilities, great shower.
I booked here as it said breakfast started at 7 and I had to leave at 7:30. The confirmation email said breakfast was 7-10. When I arrived I was told breakfast started at 7:30 😕 So just cereal on Day 1 and very stressful, rushed breakfast on Day 2.

Chic pub/hotel in Bristol
Car Park was small and the Wi-Fi was poor

Everything overall very good

I arrived on match night and there was a great atmosphere in the bar as both sets of fans gathered there. Best to reserve a table in advance.
A earlier breakfast would have been good. 7.30 is a bit late when working locally

The Wellington was a fantastic place to stay when visiting friends in Redland. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean - many thanks to Julie Roberts and her housekeeping team for all their hard work in keeping the place spotless, which isn't a word I use lightly! This venue far exceeded my expectations.
Everything was fantastic, my only 'even better if' feedback would be for the information at check-in and in the info pack inside the rooom to be a bit clearer about the location of the fire escape that's used for out of hours access - it wasn't immediately obvious from the descriptions I was given that this was the staircase on the side of the building, and I had to ask a member of staff to show me.

Great breakfast all laid out ready for us
It was ideal for what we needed . We were only staying the night, so the only comment I could make was
3.5 / 5.0
Our room was spotlessly clean and the capacious bed was very comfortable. Staff were excellent, courteous and helpful.
The breakfast could have been better: for example, the coffee was very weak and the croissants rather dry.

Great rooms with lovely bed and shower. Loved the selection of drinks available. Very quiet thanks to good glazing even with football crowd outside.
Will definitely recommend!
Shame no breakfast! Perhaps a cold buffet could be provided?

only drawback was not serving food on Monday/Tuesday’s - but we knew that before arriving - but that would have made stay perfect.

nicely decorated, lovely bathroom and friendly staff
I thought it was overpriced

Very nice rooms - you can tell they remodeled everything to modern standards inside. Quiet rooms and very nice showers. There were tea & coffee supplies in the room which was very nice as well. Perfect for short stays
Only a small chair is missing to make it fully comfortable. There is a little chair for the luggage but it's not to be seated on.
Also the window in the bathroom seemed to be open and there was no possibility to close it so it can get quite cold at night.

local to family
no breakfast or meals available

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and the bed was a dream. A short walk to Southmead Hospital so very useful if you need to visit.
No evening meals or breakfast available at the venue on the days we stayed but a good choice of independents within a short walk.

the staff was very friendly
The room to small. no longer up-to-date in the furnishings of the rooms
But the bathroom was top
