The hotel has improved a lot since my last visit. The view from the rooms is breathtaking and the rooms themselves are stylish and immaculately clean. Highly recommend this place.

We had a suite which was a 1 bed apartment with a sofa bed in the lounge for our adult daughter. We booked a harbour bridge view and it was an amazing view. When we checked in they told us they had upgraded us to a newly refurbished room but it was more of a make over than a refurb. Apartment had everything you needed to actually live in, with a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, dishwasher and kitchen. Very spacious and great views.
Staff seemed very inexperienced and not focused on customer service. One night on our return we asked the receptionist if we could get a bottle of Prosecco, she told us to order from our room. She could have quite easily ordered for us then. Another apartments food tray was left in the corridor for over 24 hours and when I raised it they just said they would tell house keeping and didn’t really apologise.
The kitchen had the most dangerous integrated door handles that you keep catching your fingers in. Apartment was noisy with the doors open due to the road noise but that’s not the hotels fault.

The location in and views from the apartment were amazing, the hotel is based in ‘The Rocks’ area of Sydney which is lovely. Close to all amenities and tours we required, surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and bakeries. The mini bar was well stocked with lots of choice however all of this was to be paid for at a small premium. The restaurant staff were lovely and polite and the food was delicious. The luggage gentlemen were fabulous and helped us at all times despite how busy they were.
The hotel advertised as 5 star, unfortunately I do not think this hotel is a 5 star hotel, the amenities, the dated bathrooms etc. The hotel bathrooms in our apartment were in need of an update and our main bathroom had a fausty / mouldy smell which was quite intense. We stayed at the hotel 5 nights and the apartment was only hoovered by the cleaning staff twice, having three young children obviously 7 and under we required it hoovering daily. What sells the hotel are the views, if you book an apartment with the Sydney opera house/ harbour view. It is a busy hotel with only one person on to help with luggage.

The room we selected this time was the 3-bedroom penthouse, and OMG, it was so worth the upcharge. The views are breathtaking, and the accommodation space is worth the money. It's a great space for a week-long vacation, and it has a full-size washer and dryer. LOVE IT!
Maybe an additional key. Since this is the penthouse, there is only one key, which made me a bit nervous, but other than that, it was wonderful!

The hotel's location is phenomenal. The hotel amenities are amazing, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The lighting in the restrooms, as well as the showerheads, could be upgraded. :) The water flows very slowly.

The view from the observation deck over Sydney Harbour was pretty spectacular. Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Fabulous location.
Very minor, but the bath tub was missing the plug. A soak in the tub would’ve been nice.
Also there were no extra blankets.

Brilliant hotel in a terrific location for the sights and transport. Less than a 5 minute walk to circular Quay and opera house.
Staff are incredible. So helpful and couldn't do enough to entertain our 2 children after a long flight.

Stunning views, lovely spacious and comfortable accommodation, excellent location. While a bit pricier than some of the room only hotels nearby, the extra space and the lovely pool and spa area was well worth the extra for our family of four.
Having to leave!

Great location, bed were very comfy and the views from our room were beautiful.

Fantastic location with great facilities. The Sebel is a wonderful place to stay, with the Rocks on your doorstep and Central Sydney a tram stop away. The facilities are wonderful, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the pool area is superb, we visited for Vivid, got some great shots from there

Great staff, beautiful apartment, quiet and very clean. Air conditioning unit was not working and staff got someone to come and fix straight away.
Wish this place was pet friendly that’s the only criticism. I would love to come and stay with my little fur baby! If five star hotels like four seasons can do it - you can too :)

Excellent location. Centre of everything and close to all landmarks. Very easy with kids.
The room was great too and really appreciated the small laundry area.
The pool was really nice too.
On check in, our car height exceeded most commercial parking lots and when we asked for help, the staff couldn't give us tips on where to park so we drove around frantically looking for one. Surely we weren't the first guests with a higher vehicle.
The room was nice but getting rather tired.

The kitchen is virtually only good for frozen dinners.
We couldn't cook a meal due to small and poor design of the kitchen
