La arquitectura y decoración, limpieza e instalaciones. Es una belleza, además muy céntrico.
El suelo de la piscina de madera tenía aceite para conservación, sin poner una señal de peligro de resbalar. El desayuno correcto, pero la fruta escasa.

Location was good, quiet, hot water with good pressure
The pool was dirty and on Day 1 I asked when would it be cleaned for use and the young man at the desk didn’t know.

Clean, spacious, nice court with swimming pook (not very big but sufficient), ‘nature’-like decor in the bathroom, breakfast, location

It was beautifully decorated.
The air conditioning in the first room didn’t work well, but they graciously moved us to another room. The lock was hard to use but they immediately repaired it.

Good value. Nice, small garden swim pool. Comfortable beds
Furnishings a bit shabby. Downstairs rooms lack privacy- ask for upstairs if possible

Very quiet with the inner courtyard.
Blackout curtains or option for thinner curtains.
Lovely little shaded pool, great for midday swim.
Easy to book tours.
Rooms excellent and very clean.
Door handle to the room was janky. It was fixed at one point and then broke again. The only all issue

Really helpful staff. We had a problem with the car before leaving and they were here helping every second of it. Room was lovely, and the hotel is so central - really close to a great jazz bar nearby where you experience the true Mexican life and 10mins from the main sites as well. Great experience in a beautiful and colourful city!

Wonderful and romantic, just as advertised in the pictures! very centrally located. Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Would recommend this to anyone. It is Merida at its finest!
breakfast was included in the price, it was alright but could be improved. Fresh juices would be nice.

We had the junior suite which was amazing. Really comfortable and spacious with its own terrace overlooking the pool. The staff were really helpful and organised parking and laundry for us. The location was great with the famous la negrita bar on the same block - no noise issue as it closed at 9.30. it was less than 10 minutes walk to the main square but is a super quiet once you enter the reception/courtyard. Lovely clean pool and setting. Really fabulous stay
We only had 2 nights there - we'd have loved to have stayed longer

The facility was very nice inside, outside is ok. Area is pretty safe to walk at night
That the hot water took long to come out.

It was a great place to stay in. The architecture is beautiful and it represented the classic colonial houses. It is located in the very centre of town, lots of restaurants and tourist attraction nearby. Paseo Montejo is literally 5 minutes from it, and it made our life easier. Lovely staff and comfortable rooms. They spoiled us in everything we ask for. I have to thank the housekeepers, they were so lovely and helpful, our room was always tidy and clean.
Definitively, will come back!
The only bad thing I found was that the shower drain smelled a bit, but I believe this is because the humidity of the city and the fact that the hotel is located in one of the earliest built areas of Merida. However, we managed to deal with that problem, and it did not affected our stay at all.

The location is great, similar distance to centro as it is to paseo Montejo, with loads bars and restaurants close by. The decor is nice and I loved the hammock in the room. The staff was very friendly and professional. I haven’t had a chance to eat in hotel to comment on that.
The room wasn’t that clean - there were different bugs, dead or alive, that lived there for weeks and months, very visible around sink counter or the bathroom floor, inside bath, on the floors and walls in the room. There was a gecko and gecko’s poo. I understand we are in Mexico, but some of these were not just ‘expected’ bugs that just crawled in over the past days, and bigger ‘items’ were not also picked up by housekeeping in between our stay.
There was a little issue with the parking, it does not belong to the hotel and they are not able to guarantee your spot! During the weekend evening it is packed with people parking for La Negrita, one night we had to park on the other street and come back after 10pm to get a spot.

Nice building. nice reception.
bad maintenance of the rooms. shower was rusty and the gutter smelled like sewage. the receptionist was not really caring about us. also he was watching a Chinese series on his computer with high volume while we where just sitting next to him waiting for a Uber. the finishing of the rooms was also not good at all. bad decoration that make the authenticity of the building fade away. also there is no parking.

Room was big. Bed comfortable.
The bathroom had shower and bath.
The location is good, close to the center.
The customer service is very bad.
They could activate the pump of the swimming pool more often. Water was not very inviting.
For this price there is better alternative around.

The location is very centric and close to everything by walking
The wifi is super slow, there are no places to work properly. Staff was not eager to help, they were doing the minimum, not the extra mile. Restaurant is awesome , but staff didn't advertise that. No communication whatsoever
