Тихий отличный отель. Местопасположение шик.

Все шикарно. Цена за номер в этот раз была ниже.

1. Не поднимали телефон (сбрасывали +77717806221, и не перезвонили), на городской гудок не идет +77273385810 2. Запах в номере: это запах сырости или сношений от прежних постояльцев. 3. Душевая и уборная напоминают уличную душевую и биотуалеты в парках.

Советовать такой отель явно не буду никому и сама сюда не приеду.

Обслуживание в номерах, быстро и вкусно было

Очень громкий и странный туалет с душевой, нет коврика у душевой, очень шумный кондиционер , невозможно с ним включенным спать, да еще и не корректно работает: холода не дает, температура вообще не меняется, дует жарким воздухом, что и без такого кондиционера и так дышать нечем, кожа сухая стала и в носу слизистая пересохла, тяжело дышать в номере. Неприятное постельное белье. На ресепшн неприветливые сотрудники, а вот на завтраке и в обслуживании номеров было все хорошо.

С удовольствием приедем к вам снова.

Отель превзошел все ожидания. Завтраки шикарные, всего много. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Номера хорошие, чистые, уютные. Расположение очень удачное. Тихое уютное место в центре города. Кругом зелень, деревья. В тоже время до самых известных достопримечательностей можно дойти за 5-10 мин пешком. Магазины, кафе все присутствует.

Great experience

The staff was very accommodating and helpful in giving directions, and Mr. Egor even extended his help in trying to help me sort out my tour. The hotel location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from different attractions. Highly recommended!

the a/c did not work. we had +25 outside and +30 inside. it was not possible to stay in the room. the hotel did not inform us that they have problem with a/c system.

When I go back to Kazakhstan I will without doubt book this hotel again.

Because of the quiet location, however not very far from the center, and the perfect service, I would recommend everyone to book this hotel. Very clean, very quality, very friendly staff. And breakfast was excellent.

Actually, there was nothing noteworthy to be dissatisfied with. A hitch with the room door card was resolved immediately.

Mediocre hotel at an amazing location..

Location was amazing. It was walking distance from major attractions. Loads of cool breakfast and coffee places around.

Breakfast was a disappointment. The spread was sparse. The coffee was not hot. Bread and fruit options were limited. The room-service was horrible. They didn't honor the timing in the in-room dining menu. Staff were nice and tried hard to speak in English, but food was a disappointment.

Service was excellent and I was allowed to drop bags and check in very early , which was helped as id just flown in overnight. Rooms v. comfortable. Wide selection at breakfast. Reception spoke english well and arranged transport. Ideal location in a good area next to metro, restaurants, opera etc

+) staff was friendly. +) Fitnsess center has basic equipment and not spacious, but I was anyway the only one using it. +) good selection at breakfast

Very modern hotel in good location

- good location - modern furniture - recently innovated - large room - good room cleaning - very helpful staff

- Very bad internet connection around hotel. Internet is quite slow, not good for any downloads/uploads. However this is very usual for many Almaty hotels. Still would expect better connection given that they positioning as hotel for business travelers. - Despite that they claimed that they have some business place (coworking room?), they actually doesn't have it. But working from room was more or less convenient.
