“This house is so amazing!!! This house was exactly as the photos in the listing had portrayed, with a clean and impeccably tasteful and gorgeous decor that appears professionally done. It is so beautifully designed that it appears as if it’s out of a magazine! This house was so stylish and well-planned that I took home ideas for decoration and design improvements of my own house. But not only is this house pretty, it is also quite comfortable, with cushiony couches and good-sized chairs, large tables, and nice beds too, and with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, with a large peninsula with which to gather around and cook together. The backyard is truly an oasis and exhibits such charm with all of the well-maintained and manicured potted plants and flowers, and awesome huge central (?magnolia) tree to provide some shade, and with its pretty white lights for the evening...I was just in love with it! The outdoor furniture provides comfortable seating options and the grill is large. The owners literally thought of everything! We just spent 5 days at this house and it was exactly as listed in the photos. The house was spacious, clean, easy to book into and all of the essentials were provided. We spent time in the backyard and it was quiet as well as safe.
I would highly recommend this property.
Access to Washington DC is a little tricky but very manageable.

I am so impressed with this home and Carlos our host was great to work with! It is conveniently located in a lovely neighborhood and the parking on the street out from the home was a breeze! The beds, sofa, furnishings were comfortable and very attractive. Extra supplies in pantry, coffee available and little details that really make this home stand out! I am planning my return soon! Loved it! Thanks for a special week at your home!
Also the outdoor patio with barbeque was a huge bonus too!

Pictures are beautiful but they don't even do justice to how nice this place is. Top notch. Carlos was wonderful to deal with. My only suggestion would be to have info for public transportation and how to run the TV. Would stay here again if we get back to DC.

Beautiful home in a nice area. 20 min uber to anywhere in the downtown area. Left our vehicle parked out front, quiet neighborhood. Clean house nice amenities. Friendly host. Would return again. Thank you Carlos!

The house is gorgeous and so confortable. Cold weather prevent us from opportunity to enjoy the outside patio, but it's fabulous for Spring. The property is in a very quiet area and ten minutes walk from petworth good restaurants and cultural venues. Great stay!

This property is fabulous! Extremely clean and beautifully designed and decorated. Great location and easy on street parking. Had everything we needed (except a pizza cutter) LOL Could not have asked for a better experience!

We had no issues getting Uber rides on the days that we decided to avoid DC traffic.
I cooked a big breakfast every morning and absolutely loved the space in the kitchen- I felt spoiled honestly😂.
The porch was so peaceful and the grill was great for a cookout on our last evening.
I thought we would miss having a TV in the bedroom but honestly, we were so worn out after our long days that we all fell asleep in the amazing comfort of our beds and pillows each night!
Carlos checked in during our stay and answered questions we had prior to arriving. Have already shared the property with other friends! This is one listing you can book with peace of mind!

Carlos was an excellent host. The home was clean, modern, and comfortable. Anything you might need is available. Parking was easy - even with a large truck towing another vehicle. Walk to the metro for sight seeing was easy and safe. I highly recommend this property for your stay in the DC area - thank you Carlos!

The home was clean and very well-equipped. It was very well decorated and gave me a couple of good ideas for my own home. The owner was very helpful and easy to get in touch with.
Unfortunately it rained almost every day we were there and we didn't get to take advantage of the big outdoor area or the gas grill. It was nice to sit on the covered side porch.

First of all the property is immaculate! One of the cleanest I have stayed. Also, all of the appliances, utensils, and cookware are definitely the best I have seen in a VRBO. A lot of times you get second rate items, but not here. Only the best! The sofas and the beds are all very comfortable. The patio is a great place to hang out. As for street parking, we parked right in front of the property the entire stay. No need to worry about parking. The location is perfect, close to the mall, but in a quiet neighborhood. The owners are fantastic! They checked in with us several times to make sure everything was going well. This is a perfect place if you are visiting the DC area. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This is a beautiful home and perfect to have more space than a traditional hotel room. We were able to have a friend over for a Sunday afternoon lunch and a day-long visit. A real plus is the easy and free on-street parking; always able to park in front of the house. The cons are the location -- no restaurants nearby and the stairs. If you have any mobility issues be advised that the only bathroom is up a flight of stairs. When visiting D.C. again, we consider staying here again.

A very nice home in a cool neighborhood. Upon entering, we found a welcome card from our host, Carlos, along with a large stack of cookies. Beds were comfortable, which was important after all the walking we did during the day. Home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Given how limited parking is around DC, being able to park in front of the home every time we returned was a huge plus. Should we return to DC, we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Carlos house in Brightwood Park! It was full of plants and natural light and was comfortable for our week long stay. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and liked the proximity to all the attractions of DC including a neighborhood park within walking distance to the house. The on street parking was convenient and we always got a spot right out front. We will definitely be back!

This was a welcoming, lovely place to celebrate the holiday with our family from the East Coast and DC area. Just about every possible detail was taken care of so that we could move our luggage in - then immediately relax and enjoy, from a log for the fireplace to warm throws to read and cuddle under on the sofa. The large screen TV has a great sound system, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the host was extremely prompt and helpful with regard to our questions, even over a holiday weekend. Parking on the street is truly easy to find - that had been our one concern. We plan to return.
