Rotorua is op zich al een zwavel-stinkstad, maar binnenin stonk het nog meer. Bed was archislecht. Wegblijven daar!..

Modern, well appointed room, was perfect for our family of five. Central location. 5 minutes to centre of town, room had an outside spa, full kitchen, there is a central communal undercover BBQ area with seating and a coin operated laundry for washing and drying clothes.

Best place we stayed in NZ. The spa was unexpectedly amazing! Location perfect, close to everything around Rotorua. Big room and comfy bed, and Morgen is a great host.

A great place to be to enjoy the Maaori Rugby League Kootiro Tournament.

Our stay was that good we have booked again for next Matariki Weekend. A very spotless, private area and great location for our family to enjoy. Great service, very efficient and welcoming.

No complaints from us.

Average room that honestly wasn’t worth the price.

Generally clean but fixtures and things were old so had build up of grime which was unpleasant.

The spa bath isn’t a nice feature because it’s so old. The bathroom isn’t a pleasant room to be in because it’s in need of renovation so we didn’t use the spa bath. It’s also massive so we felt it was a waste of water to fill it just for the two of us. I got a gnarly bruise on my leg from almost falling when getting into the spa bath to use the shower so that hazard should be dealt with. There are pretty significant condensation issues throughout the whole room and we didn’t even have a bath- in the morning both windows were dripping wet. Tinted windows make the room very dark and a bit gloomy.

very comfortable and convenient. quiet clientele when we were there. thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

stayed here for 3 nights and very comfortable and well situated. very close to main attractions and short drive (we could have walked if we were feeling energetic) to the centre. plenty of places to eat closer if required. friendly cat was a hit with us :-) spa is a great extra although didn't use it very much as we had a busy itinerary!

no downside. recommend this as a place to stay to anyone.

Our family loved staying at Carpi on Felton. Kids want to stay there and nowhere else next time :)

Good size of rooms, very warm (air conditioned for summer), everything you need in the kitchen, 2 TVs (one in each room) - handy for big family. Spa pool - kids absolute winner. Tidy and clean, crispy white sheets, fluffy towels. Friendly and helpful host. Would definitely come back

Even though everything works with no problem whatsoever, some element are visibly old and could do with replacement/update. But it's really minor thing

Awesome place to stay

Morgan was awesome and so kind on arrival with great communication leading up to our stay. I loved he was so welcoming and great with our children. The motel is well maintained and very clean. The rooms were warm and inviting with very comfy beds. Loved the private Spa bath in the secured mini court yard. Will definitely be back, and reccommend highly to others :)

Was a comfortable stay with a lovely bed.

The bed had lovely linen and soooooo comfortable and the pillows had good volume. Spa was huge and only needed to fill it half way up. Was a cold day so great to thaw out in it. The unit was lovely and warm on arrival.

Decor probably needs a revamp. The management are strict on spa operation hours but the next door spa ran for a while and it was really noisy. Also thin walls so can hear talking etc.

Perfect start to a great time in Rotorua!

Room was very clean. Morgen at the front desk with stellar! Communication was smooth, easy, transparent and timely. Thank for helping the start of our trip be excellent!

The accommodation suited my budget & I would recommend to family and friends.

Perfect location close to everything. Friendly staff at reception on arrival, duration & departure. Mum & I enjoyed the spa bath. Beds were so comfy.

The toaster was old and set off the fire alarm & the scissors was used with superglue but the staff were quick to replace them immediately with a new one. Problem solved.
