Awesome experience with accommodation and spending g Matariki in Rotorua.

Prime location!! host John was very welcoming and accommodating as we didn’t arrive until 8pm in the evening and he stayed to ensure we could check in ok. Plunge pool so relaxing and secluded.

Sofa beds mattresses were a little uncomfortable in lounge area but we made do and compromised by pulling out the single mattress from the room.

Amazing location, can easily walk to town and good views of the waterfront too. Owner/receptionist was very friendly and helpful in giving tips of what companies to use for trips/tours. Great modern, refurbished facilities, comfortable bed and ample parking.

The best spot. Very nice clean recently refurbished. Judy on reception is a legend.

Pics on booking.com are old . The photos show this lodge is overlooking uninterrupted green parkland. This is one of the reasons we chose this location. But the pics are old . This nice green space is now a carpark. Very busy and noisy, not happy. Also the pool was out of use. The sign said since the beginning of Jan. It would have been nice to have been notified prior to check in that there would not be a pool . We could have made other arrangements

Lovely relaxing stay .

Nice comfortable bed with crisp sheets . Fantastic location with the waterfront just across the road and walking distance to town /eating places etc . Location and great staff there to help if necessary. We would staff again .

Parking was a little tight. Could be a bit cleaner but I'm quite fussy .

The room was spacious and very clean with lovely products The property owner was amazing to deal with. Thank you so much for your support during a challenging time with family being in hospital

Excellent location overlooking the lake and close to all amenities. Rooms comfortable and clean.

We were expecting a 2nd toilet in the two bedroom apartment, as advertised on Booking.com. Disappointed as we were 2 couples.

The location to town and the lake is sensational. the apartment was very clean and comfortable and big enough for four adults. The apartment was modern and well maintained. very friendly and kind staff too
