buena pero podrian mejorar el area de alimentos

las habitaciones muy comodas , limpias y modernas el desayuno es excelente el personal en general es muy amable y gentil.

el caffe en la habitacion solo te lo ponen la primera noche las demas no eso no es para nada agradable y te dicen che por unica ocasion te daran uno mas pero casi como te te hicieran un favor y la disponibilidad de bebidas en el ristorante es muy variable en 2 dias ya no tenian disponibilidad de productos como vino y platillos como la langosta.

I love the location. It’s in the heart of the city and everything is close by. The staff is amazing especially Javier. He is always so helpful and kind.

A great choice in Tepic

This is a clean, comfortable option in Tepic. It feels really safe, located right in a big American-style shopping mall. The reception staff were smart, patient and welcoming - as were the restaurant staff. Comfortable beds and very nice breakfast.

There are only two lifts/elevators, so just hope that you don't arrive at the same time as a large group. You could be waiting a while.

Great stay, will definitely be back.

Can’t beat the location, right in Plaza Forum and close to other plazas like POP. Staff is nice and welcoming. Confortable bed, good size tv, great water pressure and hot water in shower.

I wouldn’t come back here anymore and wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Thus place has really bad customer servic

What I like about the property was the customer service of a specific person, Javier. He was so attentive and very nice.

What I didn’t like about the property is the awful customer service in the restaurant. They do not come to you when needed. They take a lot of time to bring you back the food you ordered in the buffet.
