Everything! Could not have asked for more from the staff and lodging!
The ‘interestingly creepy’ twists and turns to get to the riad after dark.
4.3
Have to walk more than 1 km there is no parking available
Room is not customized nor clean
!

Staff was brilliant....Mustafa & Karim hospitality compensated whatever limitations that were experienced...
4.3
Karim was wonderful making us feel welcomed and helped us all the time! He was the best of the whole experience
The location was awful and very sketchy. it’s well located in the centre and close to the main square but to get to the Riad you had to go trough really sketchy small streets. the breakfast was also very simple, okay but nothing to remember
4.3
The property was magical. Beautiful bedrooms with loads of different spaces. You can always find a private spot
nothing, it was gorgeous
4.3
Wonderful Riad and excellent staff. We had a good stay strongly suggested
It is difficult to reach from the city center, it would be great if the staff could provide more indication sign on the street.

great location and great hosts! lovely stay in a beautiful place

They take care of details. Really good experience.
4.3
The riad is nice and well located on the medina. The best part of was the staff, Karim it was like an angel helping me in everything.
To arrive it could be a bit difficult and you feel maybe not so safe but when they explain to you it’s easier.
4.3
extremely lovely staff, great location and lovely room
as with every riad it can be noisy in the day if you are trying to rest, but that’s the only downside
4.3
The staff was nice.
The location is very far away from where they have access to cars. We need to walk at least 30 minutes in places that are dark and scary.
Staff not reliable with schedule to be on time. We were 30 minutes late to meet our driver because the person who was supposed to take our luggage didn’t show up on time.
4.3
Friendly staff, breakfast, rooftop
location can be a problem if you are a lady traveling alone…
4.3
Easy walk to Jema El Fnaa

This riad is beautiful inside and well protected from the noises outside. Our room was incredible, with our bed on a mezzanine level and a seating area downstairs. We arrived very late at night but were greeted with a smile and a tour of the property. Staff were very helpful and kept breakfast out for us until gone 11am which wasn't expected. Will stay here again next time we visit.
We left too early for breakfast on our last day and the stairs to our bedroom were slippery. My partner slipped on them and damaged his elbow quite badly. They should really have some antislip paint or coating on them as they are so narrow and steep, rather than the polished wood finish (beautiful as it looks!)

Right in the heart of the medina but hidden away so quiet and relaxed. Yassine and the team were all very friendly and helpful and great with the comms. The riad was really beautiful. Big rooms. very authentic. shower was amazing. The small pools were a bit odd in the dining room but looked good. Dinner was very tasty. breakfast was basic but good. the rooftop terrace was a really nice space to unwind after the pandemonium of the souks.
Practically impossible to find the first time on arrival... someone will spot you with your bags and be your guide (whether you like it or not) and will expect payment... and will ask for more than you want to give.... stay strong! the two routes to and from the souk are easy enough to find after a couple of tries!
It was dark in the room - I guess authentic lighting - which was nice... but made it hard to catch the mosquitos... dinner was relatively expensive (though nice).
4.3
The rooftop deck had great views. lots of different levels and places to hang out.
challenging to find and navigate. There was also construction going on next door, usually not a problem because we were out exploring.
4.3
Bandar was a most excellent host and caring kind person.
Ben.......your lucky to have him........pay him more!
You changed my reservation to a different location with less ammenities and charged me the same price!
I will never return to Marrakech.
The riad was near impossible to find and horrible to transport luggage to and from. I destroyed 2 of the 4 wheels on my spinner travel case leaving the riad and had to purchase a new piece of luggage for the rest of my trip.

This is an absolutely delightful, traditional riad with really fantastic staff. Nothing is too much trouble. It is the heart of the old town and a few moments from streets filled with local markets. The location is also very convenient for a large number of the attractions of the city. Breakfast is plentiful and a variety of fare on offer. Pancakes to die for and freshly squeezed orange. The riad offers a three course dinner of traditional Moroccan home cooking which is very tasty and it is reasonable value. The bed was comfortable, the linen crisp and clean. The shower was large, powerful and hot. The suite included a lounge with traditional seating and table. Internet connection generally good but it did have a few moments. There's a great roof terrace where you can take in the sun and the views over the roof tops. The staff will also bring your meals up so you can sit eating in the open. The Riad is flexible in taking payment, you can use up your dirhams or pay by card or indeed a mixture.
It seems churlish to say anything negative but here are some useful things to know. The staff will organise a taxis from the airport at reasonable cost but very importantly at the medina you are met by a local porter who takes your luggage in a barrow and guides you to the Riad. Without this initial guidance it is hard to find, nestled in the heart of a maze of back alleys. The staff will also physically show you the quickest way out the following morning! In the suite the loo is open plan which may not suit everyone. Lastly whilst the souks are a must the best shopping is in the government fixed price galleries where there is absolutely no pressure and huge stocks.

This has got to be the best riad/hotel we have stayed in during our whole month in Morocco. The staff are unbelievable, so friendly, happy, professional and attentive. What really made our stay was the staff were all so happy. When we arrived by car Yassine met our car and then we followed him on his scooter to the private car park for our 3 day stay. Once we parked we were met by a lovely man with a trolley to carry our cases to Riad Lorsya. On arrival we were greeted with some drinks and after the checking in process which Yassine completed on our behalf he explained many of the things/places to see (and some not worth going to) on the map he provided. We were then shown our fabulous room and the wonderful terraces (yes there are two) where we could relax after our drive from Safi.
We decided in the evening to have a meal at the riad and what a good choice, the food was SO TASTY - it was the best meal of all our different stays and restaurants in Morocco. In fact after our next night eating in Jemma-el-Fnna square (very hectic but interesting) we decided to have another meal at Riad Lorsya - this was equally delicious. Everywhere at the riad is spotless and the staff are forever going around cleaning, polishing and tidying up. The breakfast is excellent and give guests a really good start to their day.
If during your stay you need anything booked or visit anywhere in Marrakesh they will organise it and if it is local to the riad they will escort you as in any medina the little streets are very easy to get lost. Taking of getting lost if you arrive in Marrakesh and go down the side streets to this riad which can be worrying to the uninitiated do not worry about what your accommodation is going to be like because once you are here it is like an oasis in the centre of the hustle and bustle of the medina and Marrakesh in general. It is large, quite and very restful.
Absolutely nothing, apart from having to leave.

Very clean rooms and excellent attention from staff. Recomended

This place is magic, the room was amazing, too close to the old city of Marrakech. Yassine, Karim, and the girls were so kind and helpful. it definitely felt like home. I absolutely recommend staying at this beautiful place.

Great hospitality! We were supported for everything and treated divinely. The staff is really special! Great location, practically in the center of the Medina but at the same time a very quiet area. The rooms are clean and air-conditioned! The terrace is super! I really recommend staying here! Thanks again for everything

I only had breakfast on my last day as I was fasting. But the breakfast was good.
The way to the Riad was a bit nerving, with manuvering through the alley ways.
But once you know your way around from square to the Riad and inside it was a lovely.
With the mosque only a short distance, the market and the Jemma square was only few minutes walk..
The walk from Riad to the Square was nice.
The layout of the room was nice, with my room being on the second floor which had quick a cess to the rooftop.
It was therapeutic to wanting to get lost in the market and walking through the maze of hundreds of shops.
Going to and from the Riad to the square on the first day as it is quite a task to find it. Luckily a police officer on motor bike escorted me all the way to the Riad.

Absolutely everything! beautiful riad in the very center of the Medina. Marrackech is a wonderful city and the staff working there made our stay special.
Thank you everyone, in particular Karim and Yassine. I feel very grateful for your attention, it was lovely meeting you both. Hope we can visit you soon! This Riad will always be my place whenever I get to visit Marrackech again.
Nothing negative

I loved how friendly and helpful all the staff were. They made me feel like I was actually in a riad -- from the hospitality to the feeling like you were part of the family. I immediately got the WhatsApp number of Ahmed, who offered to guide me back to the riad if I got lost getting back. What makes it better is that the guests that stay tended to stay there for 3-5 days, so you see the same faces. They even called me down one night to celebrate a guest birthday at the riad! That made my stay exceptional!
They initially placed me in the wrong room and I found out the next morning as I was rushing to a tour. The wifi could only be reached in the lobby and some parts of the terrace, but that is not unlike other Moroccan hotels I've been at during my tour.

The staff were excellent and so friendly! Breakfast was simple but very good.Very central in the Medina for Souks Museums etc
A little more variety at breakfast.
4.3
The staff were so helpful and willing to help with anything! They sorted out a 3 day tour from Marrakech to merzouga which was incredible!!! Road was beautiful, with a rooftop terrace that had amazing views.

Beautiful hotel where you will feel like in Marrakech. Dearest personal. Traditional Marrakesh breakfast that was fresh every days. I look forward to coming back.
