It was okay

There were guest all over reception, apparently for a wedding or something. We could hardly find a receptionist to assist us check in.

Booked for a higher floor sea view room but was allocated to a room on the ground floor Room 12. That was not a good thing for me after I have phoned and i was promised

Breakfast was average; dinner was okayish;

What is written on the room pack is not what you get - 2 issues we discovered: 1. the shuttle to and from town is not there, we waited only to be told it is only available when the driver is there. 2. The specified restaurant hours are not adhered to, failed to get dinner when we were within the specified time.

Parkplatz hinter dem Haus gut abgeschottet und verschlossen Zimmer einfach aber sauber Fahrräder werden vermietet

Auf warmes Wasser beim Duschen muss man lange warten Einfaches Frühstück Man braucht immer einen fahrbaren Untersatz um in die Stadt zu kommen

Rooms are not as what is advertised. Breakfast is like pulling teeth, no cutlery, cups or replenishments of empty food offerings at buffet.

Our stay was awesome, loved it!

breakfast was excellent. The room was good, we enjoyed our stay. I loved how clean it was and all the décor and detail on the inside. the location is really good.

The perfume or scent used in the room was really strong, we did not like that.

Our stay was amazing and would highly recommend you try them out.

I loved the area the villa was in - the view from the room and just the general layout of the room as well as the facility was all exceptional. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. They saw us bringing in a cooler box with soft drink and immediately arranged a small fridge be brought to our room, super impressed! We stayed for a week and ounce have stayed longer if we had the time to. The area that its located in is quiet and also close enough to the mall, restaurants etc to make it central to get around. The staff was beyond friendly and very helpful and always ready to help. Such an amazing experience!

The bed side lights were a bit annoying for us, we are both tall and seemed to bump heads with the lights often! EEEEKKKK! Also we rented bicycles for the day and the seat on my bike was not tightened well and kept on slipping back which made the ride to town a bit of a slog and annoying. Just a suggestion that they should have all their bikes sent for a service and make sure the bikes are ready for use.

The lunch and dinner was not good, they need a proper chef.. all the times a had dinner I was disappointed… pizza was worse, dry and cold…the rump steak was even worse.. plZ get net chef..

The facilities were exceptional, the staff were also friendly. It was safe and all our items were intact.

The cleaning staff didn't refill/ give us new toiletry whenever they cleaned for our entire stay there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay

No warm water to shower in the evening and the morning. The tv cannels were not set correctly. For that tarrif paid, much more is expected.
