The staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful.
Could not get a taxi directly to the riad and the street can feel a bit unsafe at first although it isn’t

Lovely traditional building in the heart of old town. Very good service and nice pool

The staff were incredible - thank you so much Mustapha and team!
The location was a little secluded, but the team at the riad did their best to help us feel safe.

Property was very clean and beautiful.

We had a perfect stay at Riad al Jazira. The personnel was incredibly nice. We felt at home under the roof of Ahmed, Mohammed, Mustafa, Imad, Noura and Abdu. Overall, it was an amazing experience. We will definitely come back, inshallah!
Nothing.
4.5
Beautiful location once you open the front door with multiples areas to relax outside your bedroom. The staff was very helpful and adjusted to our needs.
Our room was noisy since we were next to the entrance/reception. People would hang out (waiting for each other) right outside our window. A large group with young children (who yelled at each other at all hours) made it hard to sleep at night and early in the morning. The pool was also not very accessible since they took it over.

The property was beautiful and seemed very clean. The pool area was gorgeous and so was the rooftop. It also seemed very big. Staff were lovely and so was the breakfast. The rooms also seemed nice and clean.
The location is quite tricky to find, we walked straight past it at first because it was down an alley behind an archway. We know it’s not the properties fault but beware a man tried to scam us saying that the road ahead was closed.

The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was great, close to the souks but very peaceful.

super beautiful, hidden into a small alley. you won’t guess what’s behind the small door
Maybe the mattress a bit too hard. but that was the only downside

beautiful oasis in the middle of Marrakech
easy to get lost!

the place is very very beautiful and for this price you get a fancy expiriance
the down side as in all of the riad is that it might get a bit noisy- i spoke with the stuff about it and they did there best - but all and all good expiriance

The staff were super friendly and looked after us so well, especially as 2 girls travelling alone. They made us feel so safe and comfortable everyday, even picked us up from the pick up point at night. The rooms were very clean. The riad itself was so beautiful and peaceful! The hammam and massages were fantastic too! This riad is the reason we had an amazing time in Marakech! We would highly recommend this Riad to anyone because of the amazing hospitality and kindness of the staff. Thank you so much for everything, we are so so grateful!

If you're after the Riad kin Marrakech experience then you're in luck. 250 years old and a pleasant 20 minute ( or 2 hour ) stroll down to the main square. Arranged to be met at airport as we'd never have found it in the dark by ourselves.
Rooms are by their very nature a bit cramped. Morrocan breakfast...so no cornflakes, but can always stroll up the road to find that sort of stuff
4.5
The hospitality is amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and really comfortable.
The location is tricky, taxis drop you off around a 3 minute walk away - not suitable for guests with additional access requirements. Also at nighttime can be a little intimidating through the dark alleys
4.5
Beautiful, super clean and helpful staff who helped us organise a rental car. Lovely spa facilities as well, all around wonderful!
The location was hard to find and we were harassed by local youth all the way to the front door

This was a beautiful riad and the staff was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this riad to anyone going to Marrakesh :)
Nothing bad about the riad but just wanted to warn other travelers of the scammers (usually young boys) outside the riad location who will try to tell you you're going the wrong way or the street is closed so they can take you and try to charge you. Just a warning :)
3.5
The property is in a good location near to one of the gates of the medina, it is very stylishly designed & the rooms are lovely & comfortable. Ahmed, who worked on front desk, was so kind and helpful and couldn’t do enough for us during the stay.
The breakfast options were very carb heavy, some fresh fruit would have been a nice addition.

The rooms is very Clean.

Breakfast was a good simple Moroccan breakfast. Staff were very kind, helpful and supportive. A beautiful riad. Very quiet and peaceful. The perfect place to relax and unwind in the heart of busy Marrakech.
There was confusion around our booking which made the check in experience stressful.

restaurant staff was slow to attend and didnt visit the table for checking on us

Amazing staff, always available and dedicated to guarantee a calm and relaxing trip. My bag broke and they fixed it without charging any extra money. Kind, always with a smile on their face and with important tips. I highly recomend it!

Cinematic ambience, lots of space for everyone, spacious room size, lovely friendly staff. But best of the best is ambience and design of the Riad.
I was thinking washing machine facility is included to price as it seems like within the price but had to pay while i was receiving my clothes.

Nice breakfast served
Staff was very friendly and efficient
Hamman was below average to be honest.
It felt like we just paid for someone to shower for us and also the ladies who helped us was not very gentle.

The pictures do not do the Riad Al Jazira justice! This Riad is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely large pool and huge terrace (only about 1/3 of the roof terrace is shown in the pictures!) The whole Riad was always kept to a very high standard of cleanliness and the cleaners always tidied our room exceptionally (even when we sometimes left it a mess!) The room itself was a good size for the two of us and the shower in the bathroom was a good strength and temperature.
The staff were outstanding. A particular mention to Abdul and Nour for their amazing customer service and making us feel so welcome. They were never too far away to help us out such as when we got locked out of our room and were always happy to assist with anything such as booking adventure day trips or suggesting places to eat / how to get to any tourist attractions. Nour once saw us sitting on the upstairs terrace playing cards and popped back 5 minutes later with some complementary tea that she just thought we’d enjoy. The hotel porters are also great and will accompany you to and from any local destination.
