Good location
Windows didnt closed.

the location was central. easy to walk to the nearby big attractions. Very clean and comfy enough.
Decor slightly dated - but I was out the whole day and only used the room to sleep & shower, so the decor didn’t matter much - esp since it was just nice & very clean!
Watch out though - the hot water in the sink can get SUPER hot! (almost burnt my hand!)

Area less crowded but central enough. Nice high end professional building. Lovely breakfast rooms in another hotel 5 minutes away.
No kettle to make tea! there’s a kettle in the picture, that’s not fair ;). I had a tiny room (which is what I paid for) but the view from the window was nevertheless a deception.

In the hearth of Rome, perfect to reach all the main attractions easily. Good sized room
Decor lost a bit of his former glory, in some parts it was replaced with cheap antique imitations

Perfect location for short sightseeing trip- really close to most attractions. The room was spacious and included everything we needed. Air conditioning with heating option.

no front desk agent. had to go to different hotel to check in and out.

Central location. I could walk everywhere easily. Near Metro at Republicca, also plenty of buses. Lovely marble entrance with chandeliers. Helpful desk staff. Comfortable bed. Clean towels every day. Silent.
Excellent buffet breakfast.
I didnt understand the ittle coffee machine - I prefer a kettle. No drinking glass.

Perfect location( close to all the important saits with walking distance). Very friendly staff (if you need informations ask at the reception they will help you for sure ). Clean room( they come every day for cleaning and change towels). Value for money . Espresso machine in the room for morning coffee. Also they can store your suitcases at the checkout if you have to spend more ours before you go
No key for the elevator (we had to carry our suitcase with the sters) luckily it was at the first floor. The room needs renovations specially the shower floor and the door ( there was a crack at the door and we can see outside) . Also not a big problem but the first day there was capsules and one use cups for coffee, the second day only capsules and the third day neither of them .

Check in was at the Golden Tulip Piram which is opposite the Termini and the stop for the open top buses. They included an excellent buffet breakfast and a complimentary cocktail for each night booked. The Regina Giovannia was a 7/8 min walk away in a very convenient central location, ideal for walking to all the attractions. All the staff were exceptional. Excellent value for money! 🙂
There was a slight drainage smell in the bathroom, but this is very common in European hotels.
In the shared areas of the building the paint and plaster were peeling which could be off-putting at first but doesn't detract from the room

The hotel is very well located. The room was clean and nice. The price was good.
We had to check in into our room in another hotel and walk around with our heavy luggage. Also when we arrived at the hotel, the door didn't open so we had to wait for someone to open it. In the evening we wanted to enjoy our complementary welcome drinks. But it turned out that the cocktail cupons only got us prosecco or soft drinks. The staff at the restaurant were rude and very slow. We also had difficulry locating thr private garage for parking.

Honestly there was nothing good about this place.
We arrived at the hotel at around 9pm to a sign on the door instructing us to proceed on a 15 minute walk to another hotel to check-in. This was not communicated to us in advance and was a nuisance at 9pm at night and suitcases in tow.
We checked-in at the other hotel which took 20 minutes because the staff answered a call and disappeared in the middle of checking us in.
We then had to walk the 15 minutes back to the hotel after finally checking in.
Room was clean but the noise was horrendous as the room was facing a bust road and there was no aircon.
Location wasn't great either.
Terribly unpleasant experience, would never return

Checkin location was different to the hotel. They had some issue with my booking and made me go between the hotels 3 times in 2 nights.

- The bed and location are quite good.
- Staff very noisy from 8 AM to 10AM.
- Shower without hot water for several days
- You have to check in at different hotel and address than the one you booked in Booking
