The location was amazing, the hostel was beautiful. The pool was a great touch and the staff were friendly.
The private room was tiny, you can have every movement in the dorm room above so it was hard to sleep. Free breakfast is good but more variety would be great.

The rooms were spacious. Kitchen available, Wi-Fi available, free breakfast, nice surroundings.
No AC

I enjoyed booking the entire room of 8 beds for me and my friends.
The pool is closed and nothing online says this. They also had a room cave in and it was full of mud so every day we were their they were moving mud through the hotel. They also told us we could rent towels and locks and didn’t mention it was while supplies lasted so we got there and they were out.

Colazione migliorabile

The included breakfast was amazing, traditional Costa Rican food is my favorite! The pool is lovely for the hot days. It's easy and cheap to get around to Manuel Antonio or Quepos with the public bus which made everything in the area very accessible. Beautiful sunsets from the top floor balcony!
The only challenge for me was there was no AC in the bedrooms, only ceiling fans and other people in the dorm were always turning them off...

4.5
Huge Patio/kitchen
Pool lights were off in the time when should be on

breakfast, pool, 2 balconies, fans, noise, garden, bar, hammocks, swinging chairs, ocean view, and cats
There was no towells or blankets provided just sheets but that’s it!

Breakfast was good. The room was clean and spacious as well as the shower. The shared kitchen was great. The pool was spectacular as well as our porch.
The location was a little out of town; however, the bus system was very easy to navigate. The room stated that it had a sea view which it did not.

We really loved the architecture of the hostel and how it is build. It’s very lush with a lot of plants and has all the facilities you need. The breakfast we had, was decent.
The service staff was quite rude towards us and didn’t really make an effort to help us out, when we had a problem. The hostel atmosphere was not what we expected. It was quite empty and the people there were a bit closed off. Also the 10pm silence time rule is not optimal to hang out with other people from the hostel in the evening. In addition the kitchen was dirty.

great swimming pool and chill spots. Some staff members were really helpful. Some had more difficulties to be friendly 🙂. Bedrooms and showers were clean. Large book collection where you can exchange yours. Without the restaurant a great place to stay.
6 people got sick at the same night and had to vomit. everyone had eggs as breakfast that day (breakfast is included). when I spoke to the reception and told them a lot of people got sick and maybe to give a heads up to the kitchen to double check the products they’re cooking with there was no way that could’ve been the reason. Ok for me because we were leaving anyway.
Also our own food got stolen in the common fridge (everything was name tagged). We figured out when we started cooking. No blame to the hostel but we asked if they could help us out and sell us 3 eggs because the store was a bus ride away. The restaurant wanted to charge us $5 for 3 eggs. Very unfortunate.

Always hot showers, good breakfast with choice of 4 options, pool, bus stop outside hostel, rooms cleaned and new sheets daily, good kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils
wifi not great in rooms

The location was between Manuel Antonio and Quepos so transport by car was easy between the two (city bus stop was very close as well) . The mature trees offered refuge to many birds which were our lovely wakeup call in the mornings. The common kitchen area and lounge were nice and open. Hostelers kept it clean. Quiet hours were respected.
The breakfast was maybe on the smaller side but still very good (I recommend the tipico!)
The hostel, like many other hotels, is right on the road so traffic was loud in the morning (particularly the trucks and motorcycles). Our room, though it had AC and private bathroom, was right next to the stairs and the ocean view was more through a common lounge veranda. The single window wasn't very useful as it was off the main circulation space. As it is a hostel, we understand it didn't necessarily have decorative touches, but bedside lamps would be nice!

It is pretty close to center of Quepos and the bus stop is a few meters away, so you can go to Manuel antonio up and down!. The location is pretty convenient!

It is a calm, very clean hostel with extremely nice restaurant just next to (restaurant overachieved our expectations - tuna tartar was the best!) :) very close to the bus stop for going to Manuel Antonio parc.
Very, very noisy and busy road next to the hostel - take the earplugs! I cannot imagine staying there more then 3 nights with that huge noise.

The pool was excellent and the other communal areas were good. The free breakfast was great and there were four options. The location was good in terms of being close to the marina and La Macha beach, but a bit of a pain to access by foot from Quepos. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant was pretty affordable and the food was great.
The listing made it sound like the family room with sea view had a private kitchen - but it didn't. Our bedroom was full of ants (on the beds, on our toothbrushes, on the sofa, in our bags), as was the communal kitchen which made it uncomfortable to cook.

Great hostel with a really chilled atmosphere and nice staff. The view from the room is stunning and the layout of the rooms is good.
The pool could do with some care.

cool archtecture, pool was great, Baed was good, Busstation 20m
Breakfast was not good made and it is really loud because of the street
3.5
Great accommodations for our needs. Private rooms were ample sized. Loved the access to the hammocks, kitchen, and pool. Breakfast was great
It's good to be aware rooms don't have windows, so road noises can be quite disturbing if you intend to sleep past 7am and sometimes at night depending on what drives past. There was also a nightly dog barking that was noticeable without windows

It´s a beautiful hostel and the staff are the best: Steven and Patricia were the best hosts evere, they are amazing, informative, really pleasant, they inform you about transportation, tours etc.
The beds were comfy, the bathrooms always clean, the food from the restaurant really delicious the cook and the weitress were also great.
And the hostel has a nice pool and a great view from the balcony.
The bus stop is really close.
It´s near the road so you can hear the noise from motorcycles. But is a great place to stay

Stayed in the studio and loved the views and feeling like we were in a treehouse. Had privacy and then had the pool and breakfast.
Cash only and weirdly small pillows.
