Good stay

The space is very comfortable and has what you need. The air con was much appreciated. We only stayed one night but it was perfect for us. The owners were very understanding and accommodating when our arrival time changed. It’s true that the parking space is tight but no issues for us.

L'hôte était disponible et a assuré un bon suivi. Il s'informait de nos besoins. L'appartement est un peu en dehors du centre-ville mais c'est rapide pour s'y rendre. L'appartement était propre et équipé avec le nécessaire. Le service de buanderie à bon coût a été grandement apprécié.

Grote ruimte, goede ligging, supermarkt op loopafstand, zelf kunnen koken en warme douche

Gehorig, muurtjes lijken van karton, slechte pannen in de keuken.

Superb

Well equipped kitchen, clean and confy room. Kind host. We were able to park our car in a small garage, it's really small but luckily our car (suzuki jimny) fit in it.

The neighborhood is not very nice, but the national park is close by car.

Gustavo is very friendly and helpful in a very genuine way. He was very patient with me as my Spanish is beginner/ intermediate. The laundry service there is also very useful

There were no lamps in the sitting room or bedroom, so there was only the choice between total darkness or extremely bright white light. It will be useful to have some less bright reading lights in the bedroom

Basic but really nice

The room decoration is basic, some furnitures are basic, but the room and kitchen were well equipped. This is a nice place to stay at and the host is very nice.

Gustavo's place was great! Exactly as described in the listing. Gustavo was very kind and accommodating. The property was clean and comfortable. They even offered to clean the space and change the towels, which was a nice touch. We greatly appreciated the laundry on site too. Gustavo's place was about a 10-minute walk into "downtown," which has many grocery stores, restaurants, some bars, and the bus station to Manuel Antonio, San Jose, or other surrounding areas.

The staff was really helpfull, despite they almost didnt speak English. Large (bed)room, with all the needed cooking stuff. A relaxing place to stay!

great place ! don’t think twice

place is actually an apartment as it says ! it has a nice and clean bathroom( nice and hot shower ), the kitchen has everything you need in case you wanna cook , the a A/C is a bit noisy but it does work very well . You can wash your clothes at no additional costs ( just buy your detergent , of course !) . the location is close to many restaurants , banks , bakeries , etc Gustavo is an amazing host ! the guy was always very friendly and willing to explain anything I asked .

Good value, clean, cosy, comfortable, quiet, good location, AC in the room, kitchen, good fridge and cooking equipment. Friendly host too. All wonderful!

Perfect stay! It does have HOT water!

This apartment has everything! Don’t let the looks deceive you. Perfectly clean, Working A/C, wifi, TV with cable (some channels seem a bit broken), fans, fully equipped kitchen, fridge, hot water (electric shower). Very convenient location and very good price.

laundry service is 10 usd and parking was available at a lot nearby (the owner needs to walk you to it on the way in and out). Toilet paper is for some reason really thin :(
