Great freshly cooked breakfast eaten at table with other guests. Both repeat visitors
Nothing apart from the LED filament lights. Bad for migraine sufferers

Beautiful quaint property, in an idyllic village. stunning gardens, rooms/annex were comfy and cosy and were filled with everything you needed. Maddie was the most beautiful host, so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was our favourite time, homemade cooked breakfast made to order from fresh fruit, cereals and everything in between. Absolutely loved our morning chats with Maddie, she recommended lots of beautiful places to visit. We will absolutely be returning, we loved everything about this stay. Such a gem of a find.
Nothing to dislike

very good breakfast, varied choice
pillows were a bit thin for my liking

Delightful cottage with beautiful garden. Position of cottage central for visiting many attractions.
Madeline pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. Added bonus a fridge in the room, also
some crockery and cutlery.
Breakfast also delivered to the room if requested.
Very comfortable bed.
Bathroom room small but excellent shower.
As i do have some mobility issues found step into bathroom and uneven surfaces outside a little problem.

The freshly cooked breakfast eaten in the kitchen with a log fire burning brightly was a delight. The location of the property was excellent for trips to RSPB Minsmere along with trips to Southwold and Aldeburgh. The host provided great insight to eateries and local details. The Cabin was quirky and delightful with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Madeleine is the perfect host and we look forward to our next stay.

wide variation of types of breakfast, very large. Our diet requirements were all met. Owner was very helpful both with stay and local information. The room was an average size but contained everything needed including a fridge, crockery, mix of glasses, armchairs, folding table and outside patio with table and chairs.

The breakfasts that we had were excellent. Good quality of produce and served in characterful cottage kitchen. Mulleys Cottage is situated in a lovely village within beautiful countryside. We particularly appreciated the peace at night.
The shower room is a little on the small side and would benefit from some maintenance and updating. Specifically, the shower head has a mind of its own and the basin tap is a bit cranky!

We loved our stay. The location was perfect and our hostess could not have been kinder. The room was just right for us with plenty of room to sit about and relax. Our breakfasts were delicious too and we enjoyed some excellent conversations with our hostess and fellow guests.
Maybe a slightly larger bathroom - but obviously not much could be done about that.

Lovely, quiet village location within the area we wanted to explore. Quirky little apartment, nicely furnished. Warm welcoming host who provided delicious breakfasts with plenty of choice. A bonus was the conversation with Maddie and other guests around the breakfast table..
Lack of hanging space for clothes , ( although we don't know what could be done given the shape of the room).

Room is fine for 1 or 2 nights, slightly smaller than expected and bathroom is slightly dated but ok. Bed was comfortable.
Decent shower.
Lots of plates, bowls, mugs and a kettle etc plus a fridge which is useful.
Breakfast was too early but 2nd day the owner made us sandwiches to take with us instead of a cooked breakfast which was perfect for us.
Breakfast too early.
Some dust and dirt when we moved the bedside table to look for a hairclip I dropped, needs cleaning.
Outside needs a touch of paint to fences, table etc- small details need attending to and 1 days work would resolve them and make the space a much more appealing space.
Outside table is fine but a bit squashed into a small space and there's nowhere to eat if weather isn't great, you'd have to sit in the room for breakfast and there's not much space and no table.

A very friendly place to stay. Breakfast was excellent, well cooked in a lovely kitchen diner with great conversation with other guests and the host. It was clean, warm and comfortable. A great location too, nearby to Minsmere, Dunwich, Southwold, Aldeburgh etc etc

Lovely and quiet attractive cottage. good cooked breakfast. Little patio area to sit outside. Two nice pubs 5 minutes away! Close to Minsmere Bird Reserve, Southwold, Dunwich, Framlington and other villages.
Nothing not to like.

warm despite cold weather , private parking plus covid secure procedures and close to bird reserve
6.0
The breakfast was served in our room and the food was very good. The premises were very near to RSPB Minsmere and only took a 10 minute drive. The owner was helpful and the room was very well presented. There is a nice patio outside which would be good to eat on in dry and warm weather.
The room was small and we found it cramped and uncomfortable to eat our breakfast. Access to the property is narrow and made parking a challenge. There is limited space in the room to hang clothes and coats etc.

Lovely breakfast, great location.
Room could have been bigger.

A lovely location.
The covid breakfast situation was managed well.
A bit of confusion over room at the start but this was resolved with aplomb and good spirits all round
