The garden and pool, the children love it including the buffett breakfast at Hyatt which I didn't know we can cross over until after I asked the staff at the restaurant by the pool.
The food at new wave restaurant next to the pool needs to improve its seasoning and the portion is too small. Also, the premiere room I booked with pool view didn't really met my expectations after paying almost 700US for 2 nights.

Accommodating staff, nice facilities. Alysa and Carlos of the front desk were nice.
Telephone took a while before being answered.. though it was the peak hour.

Everything was perfectly fine at our stay here. We definitely recommend this hotel, a 10 out of 10!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They will help you with all you need and more! We even got a free upgrade and late checkout because our flight back home was late at night. Rooms are big and clean, roomservice was excellent. The pool is big and great to swim in. Also, don’t miss the restaurant!! Their food is the best we’ve had in the Philippines.

The gym
Rooms were very dark and tired. Room service was inconsistent, sometimes they did turndown sometimes they didn’t. reception staff lacked customer service. Nobu restaurant was poor quality for a Nobu.

The room was fantastic, the bathroom was great and had an Arab-style bidet (hose) with a nice selection of amenities, and the Hotel's restaurants were truly outstanding especially Nobu. The breakfast (accessible through Hyatt's side) is recommended and worth splurging over.

I like the location. It's near some of the places I needed to visit.
They didn't have the pool because it was being renovated. My son and I chose that hotel for their lovely POOL! The one that was on the pictures. But when we went there, it was empty. So we were very, very disappointed. We also didn't like the smoky place (cigarette smoke all over the lobby. And we had to go to the nearby hotel for breakfast (I wouldn't have minded if I was told about it beforehand). But there were so many things that they didn't mention on their site.

The staff is amazing, the location is wonderful, and the food is out of this world.
My fiancé and I came for my birthday and they upgraded us to the SUITE for free. It was incredible! 2 rooms, a soaking bath, multiple bathrooms, all inclusive mini bar, and those fun Japenese toilets with all the buttons. and and and a birthday cake delivered to our suite! (thank you so much for the upgrade Kat)
We have our omakase dinner in Nobu and lunch at Hidemasa!
This is how you get a customer for life. Nobu will take care of you for 1 night, so you will come back for trip 2.. 3.. and so on. Excellent customer service is shy from what I experienced on this property. You are not booking a room but an experience!
Will most definitely, be back.
Thank you Kat and Allysa for the personalized experience!

I loved how clean and spacious the room was. The king size bed was luxurious and the amenities in the room was exceptional. I definitely took advantage of the Nespresso espresso maker. The bathroom features was also great, especially the bidet. The view of the gardens, pools, fortune egg, and adjacent hotels also made the experience beautiful. Seeing all the gold windows, the light show, the blue waters and colorful flowers made up for being more of a city hotel than by the bay. The dining options was also great from the standard coffee place to premium restaurants include Nobu itself. Red Ginger was great for a late lunch with its range of rice dishes. Hidemasa was perfect for a light dinner if you select from the appetizers and also the Hokkaido Shiyo Ramen was delicious and filling. I also had brunch at Breezes poolside and the fried milkfish with garlic fried rice and egg was a good way to start the day. The pool was also really good especially early morning to swim laps and lay out on the lounges.
I didn't like that the smoke smell from the casino travelled throughout the hotel and stuck to my clothes and hair. I also hoped the other pools were free to access if you stayed at any of the hotels.
