Everything, we loved everything about this lovely cottage. We came prepared having stayed at other properties, we packed the kitchen sink!! We did not need to, Louise runs a well stocked cottage. The grounds were beautiful. It felt like home.
Nothing. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this cottage.

Everything. Breathtaking surroundings, Cottage itself was superbly decorated and extremely comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough. We used it as a base to travel to Skomer Island to see Puffins. Only 25 mins drive from Pickup Jetty. We will be back, even if its just for someone relaxing to spend a couple of nights. For those not familiar with area there is a file with handy information for nearby attractions etc. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.
I cannot suggest a single thing to improve here.

we were attending a wedding nearby and needed a place to stay for 3 nights. As we only live less than 20 miles from the property it was ideal for what we wanted. The weather helped as we had beautiful sunshine for most of our stay. The lawn, garden.and fast running stream along with the flowering Wisteria around the cottage made the setting picture perfect.Inside was very well equipped and the rooms were all very clean and comfortable. In finishing I would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pembrokeshire.

This property is self catering. However, there was some local produce made available to us for a taste. Much appreciated.
Our host was very accommodating.
All good. Had a wonderful experience and loved the accommodation.

Delightful cottage and deserved its title of charming. Good location well equipped and comfortable. Everything was thought about to provide us with a great holiday, amazing place!
The mattress was uncomfortable and needs a topper, otherwise everything was fabulous!

nothing it was absolutely perfect

The cottage was exceptional, very comfortable and very clean. Heating was good and a lovely log fire. Bottle of prosecco as a welcoming gift. Instructions for access very straightforward and easy to find.
Only a minor thing but no terrestrial tv channels

The cottage is beautiful and perfect for a getaway. Have been five times in total and will be back again. A cozy, comfortable cottage in the country

beautiful, clean, tidy and well equipped cosy cottage. Nestled away in privacy. Loved it
I really can’t think of anything bad to say about the place, it was superb.

The location is great and the cottage is beautiful. The room for our son was lovely and the kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay thank you.
The double bed was not very comfy but apart from that the property was wonderful.

Full of character, comfort and everything else you need.

Beautiful and perfect cottage, comfy beds, lots of space, very clean. Louise very helpful and great host. Will 100% return to cottage and recommend.
Loved everything, perfect, beautiful and clean cottage. Will definitely return! Only tiny negative was the busy road where cars speed past and the slightly blind bends coming out of the property.

The cottage was lovely and being sent the cottage handbook in advance was helpful. It contained recommendations of places to eat and we could then prebook.
The WiFi.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated
The cottage was cold and the woodburner not efficient enough to warm the room.
It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee available
Also, instructions for the TV handsets would have been useful

Nothing. Everything was great.

Y Cwm is a beautifully renovated and spacious property. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, well-stocked log burner, really comfortable bedding and ample parking. The bottle of wine was a nice touch on arrival and the owners were very prompt to respond to any queries and requests we had.
We chose this property as it was winter time and there was a log burner. On arrival, it was quite cold and it took some time to get heat into the walls. The owners were very quick to come and help us get the central heating sorted to help speed up the process. Also, getting in and out of the driveway can be a bit daunting the first couple of times, as the road is quite busy.

Great cottage with a lovely homely feel.

This is an absolutely fabulous cottage: cosy, very clean, comfortable beds and a kitchen with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location is ideal for visiting Pembroke Castle, Tenby, St David’s and Cardigan and there are supermarkets nearby in Haverfordwest. Louise is a fabulous host and we were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco so an excellent start! Her Mum also made us some welsh cakes (the best ones we had during our stay in Pembrokeshire) and gave our daughter a lovely hand knitted Mrs Tiggywinkle. It is not an exaggeration to say this is the best holiday let we have ever stayed in!
Nothing could be improved.

Every little thing that you could think of to make this property home from home had been thought of. It's wonderful
Very hard to think of anything. The only thing I would say is that it's a bit nerve wracking pulling out of there in the car. The cottage is in a blind dip so you just have to go for it!

Everything else.
Only able to get one television channel.

Lovely warm, welcoming, cosy cottage. Well resourced with everything working well and very clean. The bed was comfortable with soft linen, and towels. The kitchen was fully functional and parking right outside. Good location to explore the area.

Size of rooms, wood burning stove, two bathrooms, kitchen equipment, way it is decorated and furnished.

This is a gem of a property. It looks exactly like the photographs. It is beautifully and tastfully furnished with every attention to detail and is spotlessly clean. The property is in a private location with its own little bridge and brook. Overall it is just perfect. The host is lovely and very helpful and can honestly say we didn't want to come home

The cottage is spotless in all the important areas. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Everything you could possibly want is in there. So many interesting features, decorative items and artwork to look at. It is so peaceful there, something that is very important for us as we live on a very busy street.
The main bed is very noisy when you turn during sleep, which kept my partner up a lot of the night. There were many many spider webs and spiders. As someone who has a big fear of them, it was disturbing. I had to clean a lot of webs away myself.

We were so happy on arrival to the cottage, even more beautiful in real life! Lovely wine, chocolates and organic juice left for us too!Absoloutley gorgeous cottage, very clean and beautiful gardens. Perfect location as a base to explore the area, lots of things to do and lovely beaches and walks. We had a perfect week and sad to go home, wish we had been able to stay longer. Will definitely be back.
Louise was very quick to respond to any queries, easy to talk to and so welcoming. The welcome book was really helpful too, suggesting places to visit and places to eat etc.
The only things would be there was no Hoover or brush to clean up, with being there a week?
Also the road is very busy and so quite noisy outside, it's a shame as the gardens are beautiful but not so relaxing with the noise from the road... couldn't hear a peep from inside and nothing you can do about a road! This isn't a slur on the property in any way, I just didn't realise how busy the road was.

Beautiful property, was like a home from home. Has everything you could possibly need and more.

The cottage was just beautiful, both internally and externally. It was surprisingly spacious inside with great attention to detail in the furnishings and decoration. We could not have asked for more! Our host, Louise, is a wonderful lady who could not do enough to ensure we had a great stay - which we did. Y Cwm is a really fantastic cottage - ideal for a couple or a family with 2 children. The second bedroom has bunk beds, so it wouldn't really suit 2 couples wanting to stay. But it was just the 2 of us, so we had plenty of room to spread ourselves out. This cottage was a real 'find'!
The mattress, if I'm honest, was brand new but was not right for the slatted base. It should really be an interior sprung mattress which would have been firmer, particularly for my husband who is 6' 2" and about 90kgs. But that was just a very minor grumble. Basically there wasn't anything we didn't like about the cottage and we would happily go back again and again.

Internet and mobile connection proved challenging!!

One of the nicest cottages we have stayed at! Much more room than we expected -- very spacious and comfortable. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Wood provided for a cozy fire. And, it was great to be able to bring our dog along!
