Perfect for a peaceful stay with plenty of places to drive to for a visit. The cottage had everything we needed, with superb views from the Conservatory and outdoor seating area.

Beautiful area, very clean

Location and view from the patio.
Continual garden machinery noise and smoke from garden fires.

very quiet. fantastic views.

Well located property for everything we wanted to do on our short family break. The house was lovely and clean when we arrived and we loved the use of the log fire too.

The cottage was lovely, nice mountains view from the garden/conservatory. The facilities there were good, and it wasn’t too far from places when driving. There was parking, and the place was quiet and serene. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back here in the future.
We had a problem with the shower going cold at first, but we were able to figure out how to keep it hot. You may have to travel a bit to get to certain place (no longer than 20 minutes) but that was never a problem for us, other than that the cottage was perfect. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Sycamore Cottage! The cottage was beautiful, the surroundings were stunning and the location was super convenient! The host was very friendly and helpful too!

Cosy, open log fire, well equipped kitchen, stunning view in conservatory for breakfast and dinner
Awkward to find, introduced owner to W3W but even so was difficult to find the guest parking as the sign is so small thought I was at a dead end for 10 minutes and was about to head back toward Conwy for reception to phone....

The house was very tidy, warm and welcoming. the landscape around was astonishing…👌
4.0
The view, the location, the cleanness and coziness of the cottage, and the easy and hassle-free communication with the owner.
The double bedroom downstairs with ensuite is lovely and comfortable. But all rooms upstairs have angled/low ceilings and the single room is actually a box room with an approximately 1.2m height door, which is not practical for any adult or any small child as parents may need to check on the child in the mid of the night...so I would say that the cottage is very comfortable for couples or family of 4

Pleasant place and scenery
Although 3 bedrooms I believe 2 were good but third was a struggle. Access roads very narrow and difficult.

Lovely cottage with beautiful mountain views.
5.0
The quiet location. The mountain view from the garden. Ample parking. Cottage had all facilities we required for comfortable stay.
Larger toaster. Uncomfortable seating outside. No separation of recycling.
4.5
The conservatory with the stunning view to the landscapes.
The house was very comfortable with all the amenities needed to have a pleasant stay
Only one shower (upstairs there is a bathtub but we are not used to use it). But wasn’t a problem because we can all have shower in one bathroom

Have already some this!!
4.5
The quietness of the surrounding area, and the lovely cottage.
Could have done with a slightly brighter light in the conservatory, but our fault for staying in the middle of November.

Views excellent from conservatory. Facilities spacious and well presented. Very comfortable. Well positioned for variety of local attractions.
Lighting in lounge a bit bright would benefit from ambient lamps.

Lovely location, beautiful views from conservatory.
Comfortable beds.
There was nothing to complain about, it's just that the cottage was not outstanding. For instance being a cottage it was quite dark and once the sun set the lights in the conservatory (dining room) were too dim to properly enjoy an evening meal or to sit round the table. There was no hand sanitizer or towels provided, again not a particular problem, just a little inconvenient.

Super location, lots to do within short travelling distance.
Very nice views from the cottage.

Location is excellent and well placed for all in the area. New heating very good and conservatory lovely to sit in of an evening. Bottle of wine and chocs left as a welcome was a nice touch. Clean kitchen with lots of utensils.
House is a bit tired and needs updating - quilts and sheets old and need replacing, pillows lumpy. Lamps, curtains and pictures need updating. Brown carpet off putting. Master bedroom downstairs is cold and cramped and the kids had to walk downstairs in the night when they woke up with a bad dream. Kitchen table has warped and rises up at one side making it hard/difficult to sit and eat from.

Home from home. Everything you could want, wonderful views, wildlife, neighbours and appliances. Lovely quiet area close to nearby tourist areas.

Location was beautiful. Lovely to arrive to a welcome bottle of wine and chocolates. 2 nice pubs in walking distance (20 mins). Kitchen well equipped and lovely conservatory with amazing views.
Better directions would have helped. Cottage is one of 4 behind Pancake house

Superb location, view, parking, very nice feel to the property, even whilst on holiday during the storms it was a really nice place to be! We sat in the rear conservatory throughout the storm admiring the view!
The property was well heated and everything you could want on a country holiday, my only wish would be that the rear decking is just begging for a Jacuzzi 😋
