Nothing. I don’t recommend this property again. And it’s not good. Property is dirty.

Easy access to places we want to go.

The location was perfect for us attending the ovo. The park at the end of the street was ideal for our dog.
The flat is bright and clean. Quite basic but fine.
The scaffolding all round the building including right outside our windows. The condition of the outside steps and garden is very poor. It would have nice to know this before arriving.

five of us and two dogs stayed in one of the first floor appartments, surprisingly specious and everything there you needed for our stay. Two separate bedrooms and the living room is separate room too with large double sofa bed so no issue with privacy when others get up for a cuppa or a midnight visit! Handy for getting into Glasgow and walking to music venue 'Bellahouston Park' which we did. Area was great, with cafe and shop just around the corner (cafe serves full scottish breakfast in a takeaway box which was perfect). Elder Park at bottom of the street for doggos to chase the squirrels. We had a great time and would definately stay again next time we come to Glasgow. Parking on the street was easy during the times we were there and getting in on arrival was easy peasy.
Nothing really - except they are currently building a new property next door (looks almost completed now) so there was a bit of gritty dust laying about on the floors and window sills which probably came in when we opened the windows (it was 25 degrees when we there!!) the building is quite close so may be a bit noisy during week days they were'nt working on it when we were there, the immediate was super quiet and street really pleasant.

We stayed here last year and it was OK. Pleasantly surprised this time. The apartment has had a make over, new bathroom , beds and floors. Paint etc. Very clean. We had the same downstairs apartment as last time. Would go back
Nitpicking but perhaps a side table by the couch

Vicinity to New Victoria Hospital
Property next door was having total rebuild so we went home a day earlier due to workers noise.plus school across the road.We intended to rest up on and stay that night but because of noise etc we went home a day earlier than expected. Today is 6 June and still have’nt got my £100 back . Poor communication from the apartment agents.Yet they want this feedback.

The location was perfect for me as I wanted to be by my partner in hospital (Epilepsy centre). The apartment was very clean. functional. Felt safe inside and around the area after past entry to the property - see below with issue into property. I stayed twice over a period of 2 weeks but if had not been due to location to the hospital, would have chosen somewhere else based on my dislikes.
The entry into the property was very off-putting - trolley's, piles of mud, rubbish pilled up. I realise this bit of land may not belong to the property but it could be screen off - looking out of the window down into other gardens, you can see such lovely examples of simple steps to make the outside garden area desirable as opposed to a rubbish dump! Tiles also all broken on entry to the property.
No cosy touches like coffee , tea etc.

Leaving
If you are over 5' 4" you'll struggle. Couldn't even stand in the shower, right in the roof, when they say "loft" they mean "attic". Sockets off walls. Cannot believe this is available to rent. Smelt of stale cigarette smoke. Unappealing approach/external environment. Supposed to sleep 3.. not sure how., no bedding for 3rd person, sofa didn't pull out would have been in front of door to lounge anyway. I could go on but think you get the idea.

Nice townhouse on quiet residential area.
Living room consists of a sofa bed surrounded by a kitchen. Unmatching beds in the bedrooms. Terrible state of the bathroom with holes and stains throughout

We didn’t even get into the property on arrival these people cancelled our stay as we were standing outside with all our bags and didn’t give us any other explanation

it was clean and nice
we didn’t quite know how to take the key out but figured it out easily enough

Really easy to get to and park. Good value for money. Close by shops and cafe. Not a far walk from the underground stations, quiet area.
It is an old building which meant you could hear other guests in other apartments at times. Front door was very creaky, heard everyone who came in at different times. Back of the property would benefit from a spruce up - lots of nettles and over grown bushes.
