Welcome pack was a nice addition. Good location for dog walks, with a pub next door.
If you were staying longer, it did not have a washing machine. Would benefit from a more modern tv to show netflixs etc
4.7
It was a beautiful cottage, very comfortable and a great location.

Fantastic Cottage in a beautiful village location. Cosy rooms with a lovely enclosed garden. Located next to the local pub serving great food. Everything provided inside to make out stay a home from home.

loved that it was in a quiet village. comfortable rooms.
hard to find at night. it’s literally connected to the pub. that would have helped knowing where it was. the numbers are hard to see.
4.7
Lovely location, peaceful, enclosed safe garden, comfortable, clean well equipped. Garden had sun all day. It was very hot but the cottage was so lovely and cool. I don’t normally sleep well away from home but the bed was so comfortable. perfect
loved it all

beautiful property in an absolutely stunning location. We found the house very clean and well presented.
Despite being a theoretical three bedroom house, two of the bedrooms are really small. The downstairs one only has access to a very tiny bathroom, and the bed is overall a very small double bed. We had to somehow fit in the room a small child with us and it was a challenging experience.

Home from home feel , we all felt relaxed.
can’t think of any.

Charming cottage and fully equipped. Loved the welcome package with snacks and treats as well as some firewood to start the first night with a fire.
The guest bed in the lower floor wasn’t comfortable, it was well used so a big dip in the mattress. Only adventure dvds available (we hoped for at least one rom com as it was a girls trip).

Nice place.
Maybe can have washing machine, because we are a family travelling for more than 1 week so a washing machine would be useful, thanks.

From the moment we entered the cottage it felt welcoming. The whole house was beautifully decorated and furnished. Super comfortable beds and ample room sizes. A well equipped kitchen with a wide range of cooking utensils. We really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies.
Our host kindly supplied logs to enjoy the log fire but we found the room was soon filling with smoke which filtered into the bedroom above.

The cottage is in a beautiful little village and was the perfect place for our family reunion Christmas.
We were so touched to see a Christmas tree set up and even a table set for Christmas dinner!
A welcome package included some lovely Cotswold products.
A wood burning stove was a great addition.
We also were able to get a lovely meal in the pub next door on one of the nights of our stay.
One of the upstairs toilets was a bit slow to flush. Just had to get used to the mechanism.

House was spotless and well stocked, the welcome pack was amazing , loved the location, very cosy and picturesque. Bed and lounge were so comfortable. Just absolutely loved it!
If I was being really picky it would have been nice to have 2 showers

Advertised as in Bourton on the water but actually in Cold Aston
4.7
everything- the welcome basket, the decor, the well stocked kitchen, the comfort and the location.
beds were a bit stiff

We had an initial problem regarding access which was well handled by our host with very suitable understanding. The cottage is lovely. It was; tastefully and comfortably furnished; well equipped for our needs which involved entertaining family relations for dinner one evening and also as a base for a wedding in the local area; and located so well – next door to a lovely inn and close to wonderful Cotswold towns and villages. We didn’t make as much use of the cottage as, with retrospect, we would have liked – so I guess we will need to revisit it and we will be really happy to do so.”

Everything was good. The pub next door was good. Toilets were good. Kitchen was good. Nothing to complain about. Had a comfortable stay.
1. No washing machine
2. The gate needs a light. Banged my shin in the dark on a low stone wall next to the gate. How tough is it to put a light there and on the garden path at night.
4.7
it was cosy and had everything we needed for our quiet and relaxing weekend away
closeness to where we wanted to visit and handy having pub next door

Location was ideal. Facilities excellent. Welcome hamper was a bonus.

idyllic location, immaculately clean and really well furnished throughout.

everything… great location, beautifully decorated, fabulous “welcome” basket of goodies.. games… books… bbq…
only two tiny negatives… 1) whilst having a shower the water came up through the patio. 2) the drains were a little smelly outside (but not inside so only noticed when you went to your car)
4.7
Location excellent, quiet village lovely pub serving great food next door. Very clean and comfortable
Couldn't fault anything

The cottage was beautiful. The welcome pack was lovely, the little added extras such as milk and ice were very much appreciated. We loved our stay and will be back.

Cottage layout perfect for family group. Downstairs bedroom great for mobility problems. Very clean. Comfortable beds with crisp white linen
Not enough cleaning items for the kitchen eg something more substantial to clean pans. Confused as to whether recycling food waste should be put directly in the food waste bin or be in a compostable bag first? A little more info as a guide would be helpful in the kitchen

Everything. Beautiful cottage in beautiful location.

if someone has a bath low water pressure means it takes a while to run thus shower in ensuite bathroom will be cold as it runs from tank :)

Lots of time put in to prepare the property including a welcome pack. Comfortable, spacious, great for the dog as well
No concerns

Loved the cosy living room and rural location. Very quiet and cosy.
The downstairs bedroom wasn't the cosiest. Nowhere really to hang our clothes and the bed was uncomfortable compared to the other beds in the house.
4.7
decor was very in keeping with the type of country property with everything you would need! great location too and the pub next door was great too
nothing
