Dont think I would go back to stay there as even location was not exactly very convenient

Room was just ok for the price. Coffee at the Lounge was good

Cleanliness was questionable. We had a bath towel left on the bed which was very wet as if someone had used it before. The towel was well folded and left for our use. The whole door handle came off showing that maintance is poor. My family member was stuck in the elevate fro 1.5 hours

Other than the above comment our merdeka stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Generally okay. Would like a wider spread of cereals and yoghurt varieties.

On the 31 August stay while having breakfast a Sudanese man was going from table to table saying greeting. I thought he was a hotel staff until he was confronted by hotel staff. Apparently he was not a hotel staff nor a guest. Such incidents like security breach are potentially dangerous: harm or loss of personal property may occur.

Room was superb and breakfast was really very good.

Room, large and very well appointed. View...magnificent(we were on the 42nd floor). Breakfast was wonderful. The best egg omelet ever.

Did not like the car park, it was narrow and disjointed from the hotel. Check in is at level 40 but you need to take a lift from the ground floor. Signages to inform that the hotel lobby and check in counters were on the 40th floor were poorly displayed. Room was only available 30 minutes after 3pm.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel bei unserer nächsten Reise nach KL wieder buchen.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage.Es sind nur wenige Minuten bis zu den Twin Towers.Die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer ist Spitze.Auch vom Pool hat man eine sehr schöne Sicht.Positiv möchte ich auch das Frühstück erwähnen.Die Auswahl war sehr gut.

Leider gab es nach 22 Uhr keine Bar mehr, wo man den Abend hätte ausklingen lassen.

Made our visit to KL very pleasurable

staff was extremely helpful. we arrived before check in time after a very long flight. they gave us a temporary room to shower and rest until our room was ready. from there I was sold! our 2bd apt was very spacious, comfortable beds and big enough closets for a week. location is superb. 6min walk to the Petrona towers where you can find restaurants, shops and transportation of all sorts. Mall opens til late so we could enjoy the whole day and have dinner close by before coming back.

kitchen was small and oddly distributed but it didn't make much difference to us because we didn't cook there. it was enough for organizing a room service or delivery meal

Location for what I needed Big rooms Clean

Staying at the property due to attending wedding located close by - sent my jacket to be dry cleaned before the wedding- but they were unable to return it in time as it went missing from when it was finished being cleaned. I had to attend the wedding without it. Took 24hrs before they could find it which was too late as it was returned day after the wedding ☹️ but the staff were nice about it (I did have to keep following up to see what the status was)very busy area very hard to get a grab

RECOMMENDED TO COUPLES

From the moment we stepped into the hotel during check-in and until check out everything was perfect. Staffs were friendly. Rooms are clean. Such a nice view from our room. Although we’re sad we didn’t get to dine in for buffet as the reservations were full. Definitely coming again next time.

We came by car so it’s a bit troublesome for us to have get to a different lift lobby to our car from the hotel lift lobby.

Splendid

The hotel has nice ambience. I took the room with landmark view but I wished I had taken the other side (cheaper side) because only half of KLCC view was seen with many constructions going on. The other side looks very serene. The indoor pool is the highlight cuz I can enjoy the pool without getting sunburnt. The marbles were nicely done and you can see it in the glasses reflection above. The room was really comfy too. The kitchenette is the best! Plates, bowls, cutleries, sink and filtered water were provided. I can order in/delivery and had nice meals without living the room. Iron and ironing table were already provided. The toiletries were complete and really nice. The breakfast was okay too. The croissant, milk coffee, half boiled eggs were really good. The staff are all good looking and very kind. 😍. Thanks for the experience for my new year. This hotel really well thought the guest experience.

I wish they had a bath robe to use when we go down for a swim. The rest is just awesome.

Pool was nice, hotel was nice and bright and spacious.

Sky suites was meant to be facing the twin towers... but no one mentioned they were blocked by other tall towers...so we could only see like 10% of the twin towers. 😂 Breakfast buffet was good but same food everyday for 7 days we were there. They just used the vegies that they serve one day with the sausages, as a salad in the salad bar the next day.

A happy and comfortable stay

The breakfast is amazing, the room is great, really comfy beds and clean, with a great view and good air con. It's not 5 star luxury but good quality and met all our needs. We experienced helpful staff at the desk and the lifts were pretty good.

The room was advertised as having a coffee maker but only had a kettle, the coffee machine in the lobby was great though. We had trouble finding good places for food nearby in the evenings, especially being vegetarian.

Breakfast spread was great. Very kid frieofood options. Love the view from the restaurant. Rooms were extremely spacious and loved the view. We were at level 51, you can imagine the view. Room service was very prompt. Toilet was spacious with a good sized bath tub. Awesome move to provide a large bottle of body soap and shampoo rather than those small travel sized ones. Kitchen area was more than enough with a good sized refrigerator. Very clean rooms too

Swimming pool could have been better maintained. Wood flooring was warped. Posed a danger to kids

Very clean facility, top to bottom. Because the hotel starts at floor 40 and up, great views all around. Breakfast is well worth adding to your stay. Compared to most other 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed at during our Asia trip, this breakfast ranks the best.

Everything about this facility is excellent. The location was great as it was centrally located. It is walking distance to the twin towers as well as short distance drive to all the major locations. The room was modern and clean that offers a spectacular view. The bathroom also was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and cordial. Definitely was great value, will definitely stay again as well as recommend to friends and others

Worst customer service & poor window safety in the room

Spacious rooms and skyline view.

Unfriendly receptionists. Never puts effort to consider guests request. Room windows at high levels weren't locked! They were open, kids can open it too! When alerted, engineers came in to put a black tape over the windows.

Great hotel depending on your iteniary/plans

Located near several public transport stops, malls and Twin Towers. Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast buffet has a nice and decent variety.

Not perse a dislike, but the pool was out of order. Room service was hard to get and the menu was a bit lacking on authentic Malay food (in my opinion).

High level with nice view, my room can see twin towers, now partially blocked by the construction site next to it, or else no need to visit Menara Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur Tower) at all, (not the hotel's fault) what a pity :( ..... both the room and bathroom was spacious and clean, staffs were nice and efficient, not very expensive, nearby metro, what more can you asked for ?
