Room was lovely and clean. Comfy beds. Quiet once in the room. Good base for exploring Camden.
Stairs were creaky! Carpet in communal areas needs replacing

nothing unfortunately
aftee seeing the room and learned that the wifi is broken I left the hotel 20 minutes after we checked in
the rooms were very cold. and does not have any closet or something like a small table to put you stuff on
they charged the full payment 3 days before your trip. You will understand why when you arrive to the hotel. because you will not want to stay there when you see the building. It is not a hotel , it can be named as a guest house may be , it should be mentioned in BOOKING.COM that some of the rooms does not have any furnuture in the room even a closet. I saw an better room next to my door , I asked for an upgrade , even thought the room was available the lady woriking there told us that we can not upgrade because they do not have a credit card machine to charge. I said I can pay cash , but she did not accept.
the room that we reserved from booking.com can not be such a nightmare. We found a hotel in the same street and stayed there. I did not spend even 1 night in CG HOTEL , and they did not pay my money back.

Very clean and comfortable. Really friendly host, and it's excellent value for money. Nothing was too much trouble, and all of our needs were accommodated.

They allowed early check in (entered in notes) and probably a later check out. It may depend on season, if they are not in a rush to clean the room for next guests.
Inside the room was great, looks like newly remodeled. Power outlets throught the room, incl one next to bed that had USB-A and one USB-C.
There is no name outside the location even though it is a fully legit place. It is quite small, few rooms, which is nice but also means no front desk.

Terrible, awful run down place that stank!!
Everything! Shabby furniture, disgusting carpet, in a very poor run down state

Convenient location if you're coming from the North/Midlands, just past Brent Cross in exiting the start of the M1. Parking for 2-3 cars outside location, first come, first served. About 800m from Golders Green tube station and a 30min tube ride into Central London. Lots of food places about, especially Middle Eastern and Japanese/Korean.
Everything was fine, just a bit pricey for where it is located in London. More of a £60 a night type place, whereas I was paying £90.

Nothing
The rooms are nothing like the photos. Very basic more like an outdated hostel. Ripped carpets noisy old fridge freezer in the rooms. Dirty shower so many negatives They were doing work and the air was full of dust. We had to leave as i suffer with asthma and was quite poorly due to the dust only to have them to accuse me of lying.

it was very clean
the hand washing of the toilet was too small

Room was clean and well presented. Good WiFi and smart tv and fridge. Bed was comfortable. Location was good for a work event and there was good access to different buses. Room was quiet on night 2 of stay but very noisy on night 1. Evlina was nice to deal with when I spoke with her. I liked this place but because of what I say below I don’t think it is worth 100 euro a night. Which is a pity as it has potential.
I knew coming but for those that don’t this is not a Hotel. As such if you need something late at night there is no one there to help. In my case it was a very loud neighbour below me playing music and a broken security light that kept flashing all night outside my window. Which couldn’t be dealt with til I spoke to someone in the morning. Which meant night 1 was awful. Perhaps place a notice about noise in rooms would help and someone to contact in case of emergency at night.
There are only blinds on the windows which means the flashing light and street lights made the room extremely bright. I never understand why accommodation owners don’t invest in good curtains. A good nights sleep is what I pay for.
Facilities missing: There is no desk in the room if you want to work. Which I did. Also the bathroom has no shelving or table to leave toiletries. The sink is tiny for anyone shaving. The TV I had to set up myself. These checks should be done before the guest arrives. There is no heat in the bathroom and as such is freezing.

It ticks all the main boxes for us. It is clean, it is central, the hostess was extremely kind, there was parking, on top of that it was for free. We would book again.
