The staff was so nice, they were so helpful and friendly. Everything was correct and meet our expectations. I would highly recommend it because of the staff - They would be there for you whenever you need them.
The room was a bit cool when we arrived but the radiator is brilliant it takes a few minutes to warm up the bedroom.

It was a cosy hotel, our room were clean. This isn’t your typical hotel where the hotel interior is like every other one you’d see. Architecture and decor was cultural representing the owners culture and heritage which was so refreshing to experience
Nothing

The staff have and are having a difficult time due to covid and yes this hotel isn’t five star but they looked after our group as if we were family and they cooked us an amazing curry and we stayed in the bar being looked after. Raj we wish you well in difficult times.
It’s due a makeover but our linen and room was clean.

Staff very friendly and helpful, value for money, good food

The toilet paper wasn't replaced. It didn't matter because we had our own. Only one bin was emptied and they should have had clean bags replaced.

The owners were lovely & could not have done more to make us welcome
Sign of the times it was very quiet and as such lacked atmosphere

This hotel was used to visit family in the area.it was warm fresh and clean to level expected for what we paid.family running hotel could not do enough for you .i really hope all their hard work pays of apon the return of a higher number of tourists.
i did not like others comments about dam/stuffy .the corridors has been washed and cleaned .the building had not been used a lot in covid but every effort was being made to keep the place fresh for our stay.

Nice staff, very comfortable, spacious rooms.
It needs a little fix-up, but the hotel has so much potential.

They were very helpful and friendly
When we arrived at hotel we had to ring a number to be left in
Now they were very helpful and nice but the room was in very poor condition
There was a moisty smell in the room and it was not clean as I found cobwebs in the bathroom with 2 big spider's hanging down also in the main room underneath the table another 2 cobwebs with another spider which was very visible also the toilet was not flushing and even after using the plunger in the bathroom it still blocked
