Excellence

All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food was excellent and tasty. Parking spaces were always available and easily accessed.

It was good with the exception of the food on offer at the time I was in the restaurant.

Breakfast was good.

Came for what I thought was early dinner. Menu was limited. What I picked was completely unappetizing like from a bad carvery. Had to leave it. Then, as I was leaving I saw someone else get a different menu which looked good. To say I was mad would have been an understatement especially since I was hungry.

Excellent - full Irish breakfast included in price; light breakfast buffet also available Traditional decor, gas open fireplaces in restaurant and lobbies

Sink and bath fixtures in bathrooms have individual rather than mixer taps, so difficult to get water temp as desired

Lovely Hotel for a Relaxing Stay.

In need of a revamp

This hotel is in an excellent location. The room was spacious. The staff at reception were welcoming and friendly.

Our room on the ground floor with a view of the car park was old and tired. The bed was really uncomfortable and we had to ask for extra pillows as there were only two thin ones on the bed. These were taken away the next day forcing us to have to ask again the second night. The bathroom had seen better days, the paint was peeling and although it was clean it was very worn. Such a shame to see this hotel which was once fabulous fall into this state. However we are aware the pandemic has hit hospitality hard and I’m sure once everything opens up again the owners might look at giving this once lovely hotel an uplift.

The staff were very friendly... the food was perfect

We asked for room service of tea and coffee as those options were not in the room.. and it arrived with no cups, sugar and only half pot of coffee
