Breakfast was well stocked, and fresh. No option for different hot drinks.
Towels in the room were very soft and clean.
Bed was soft and clean
Room was dated, un cared for and dirty. Carpet had multiple stains. The room hadnt been dusted for ages. Sockets coming away from the walls. Toilet constantly running. shower cubical difficult to open and close due to the age of it.

We had an enjoyable one night stay in a warm, quiet, comfortable room, which was front facing but with limited traffic noise. We did not book breakfast but had dinner in the pub at the hotel. It's a bit devoid of atmosphere and a bit disorganised but the staff were helpful and made our stay pleasant. The receptionist was lovely.
Nothing stood out - everyone doing their best.

Het buitengewoon vriendelijke personeel! Verder alles ook prima maar de vriendelijke behandeling viel op.
Geen nadelen.

Breakfast was good and I slept well in the room. No complaints.

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent, spacious beds and a great bathroom with both bath and seperate shower and plenty of bench space at the basin. I appreciated having an iron and ironing board in the cupboard. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking.
Our room on the top floor was a little warm during the night and passing traffic noisy until about ten in the evening.

It’s not my first stay in this hotel. We stayed on the 1 floor with courtyard view. It wasn’t a-warm day , but the room was roasting warm , windows are barely can be opened. We had bad night sleep . Next time I’ll request high floor room . Breakfast in bed 5euro and good quality .

Ideal location for my daughter and myself, pleasant staff and brilliant room service with the option of breakfast in our room (which we had). Bright and airy building, although beds in my room could do with updating this did not spoil my experience of your exceptional hotel and staff.
There was not anything I disliked but some updating required.

the lovely friendly staff!
continental breakfast was a rip off; my dinner was horrible; the worst plate of food I tried to eat in a long long time!

Hotel was comfortable
Staff were generally nice, however service was very slow in the bar and two staff members were unpleasant and unhelpful to my elderly parents.
