Morgan was absolutely spectacular! The streets are challenging and we were lost in the rain in a medieval city. He ran about a mile to rescue us and guide us to parking. He carried our bags to our rooms and made sure we were comfortable. The room aesthetics were all unique and gave a curated feel. I could have laid in the comfortable bed all day but travel awaits! Breakfast was included and made for an easy departure.
Be prepared for parking challenges and traffic was difficult for someone not familiar with the city.

Great location. Near centro and walkable to everything, inclusing historical attractions and restaurants. Plus the BnB is wonderful and the host is exceptional.

Incredibly responsive and helpful host. Great location in historic center. Bright room. Charming place with a cute garden. Convenient to road to area with Roman mosaics. Nearby parking that host helps with. Excellent value. Good breakfast.
No criticisms at all.

Very good breakfast, interesting furniture and decorations, very friendly and helpful host. could bring the car close for loading/unloading. Ettore guided us to the best parking spots, about 3 or 4 minutes away; we always managed to find a free one. Easy walk to local restaurants.
Closer parking but not possible in this area.

A beautiful, comfortable and well located B&B. The interior design is exceptional with lots of beautifully restored pieces of furniture and great bespoke and imaginative lighting. The breakfast was very good, too.

This is a beautiful boutique B&B in the heart of Piazza Armenira. The decor is just lovely and the rooms spacious with lots of interesting additions. Breakfast was amazing in the lovely breakfast room and Morgan super helpful host. If you plan to stay in this town then stay here, its just gorgeous! We loved our stay, were amazed by our vist to Villa Romana and thoroughly enjoyed our evening in this non touristy town

Room is spacious and nicely decorated.
Location is good, close to the main steet.
The owner waited for us on the road and pointed us to the paid parking (2 EURO from evening till noon the next day), which is just shy of 5 minutes walking to the hotel.
Breakfast was great! freshly made eggs, good bread and coffee, This was the only place we visited that served a pistachio spread- such a treat!
The hotel is located in a narrow street with no access to vehicles, so it is very quiet.
If you have luggage, its about 5 minutes walking on a paved street.
There is no elevator and the stairs are a bit narrow- but the host helped us with one of the bags.
Host was very nice, although his english level was basic (but it was enough)

Excellent location within east walking distance of restaurants and the duomo. However, quiet with no traffic noise. Parking was in public carpark with low fee, spaces available easily in April. The owner met us to show where. Breakfast was good and efficient.
It would’ve better to visit at a time of year when it was warm enough to sit in the nice garden. Croissants every day at breakfast would be better instead of sometimes!

the B&B is located at the entrance to the historical center. the place is beautifuly decorated and very convinent.
the breakfast is excellent and served beautifully.
the Owner Morgan is very friendly and helpful, instructed us (and paid!!) for the public parking near by, help to carry our baggs and recommended good resturants for dinner.
the nearest public parking is located 200 meters from the B&B, the parking place was saved for us by the Owner/ in high season it may be complicated....
