Great for a family trip

Fantastic location near main restaurants, beach and Pacific Fair. Staff were amazing - very helpful and responsive to all requests. Rooms were large and kitchen/laundry facilities were very useful with a family

Property may need a bit of a face lift (new carpet and paint)

Good location but too much outside noise

Pretty good location near the heart of broadbeach and the living room was nice and spacious, with a full kitchen and laundry equipment.

The noise! We were located on the 5th floor and were constantly woken up by the sounds of bins and cars. I have never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing. Also the bathroom was not ideal, with a lack of bench space and 2 doors that opened into each other.

excellent.

very clean and staff service was amazing

none of the service tech worked. The advert with the QR code ordering for the burger joint (Freddy’s?) attached to the hotel took our order, but after waiting for an hour for our food O had to go down to the restaurant and discover they didn’t get our order and they had run out of beef burgers (a burger restaurant!). we then had to wait another hour for our food. also, the pool service QR ordering stopped working for our stay.

Very enjoyable in every way.

The pool and spa were exceptionally nice. Much better than our hotel stay which followed. Comfortable bed and couch. Small bathroom vanity, but quite manageable. The staff were very helpful with some of our tech issues, although the phone in the room didn't work. Access to Netflix through my account was appreciated.

Just a sponge to wipe the kitchen bench! Great little kitchen although we only made tea and coffee.

The car park was very narrow, and our TVs did not work in our room.

comfortable apartment for family would stay again

spacious rooms, really comfortable beds and my toddler daughter loved the pool as it had a big long step she could walk along

lifts take a awhile, parking is a bit tricky and there was no dish cloth only a dish scrubber for dishes

I got a room upgrade instead of an extra bed. Was fantastic place to stay. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and beach. Rooms were super comfy.

great location, good bars and eateries attached. easy parking. clean and amenities excellent

elevators are ridiculously slow. very very bad mobile reception and the wifi was not much better in speed. maybe a little too pricey for the level of customer service on the reception which was pretty average

We not recommend this property. Fair better options in Broadbeach.

The property has not been well kept and is very expensive for what is to offer. Bed was uncomfortable and our linen was not changed (towels & bed sheets) for the 7 day stay.

proximity to everything

We checked in and our room was double booked and we had to wait 45 mins for them to work out where to room us. it was a buzz kill after travelling to get to the GC.
