Only stayed for a couple of nights but it’s was pleasant, clean and cheaper than other options close by.

Location is awesome.

A bit noisy with wind draft from surrounding buildings and street noise. But not too bad.

Pleasant but could have been more comfortable.

Location was fantastic, walking distance to everything. Bed was comfortable. Has a carpark.

Reception staff didn't explain everything. Air conditioner was not working which meant a very humid environment. We tried everything to get it working but couldn't, reception had left before we found out. When we woke up in the morning there was water all over the floor, found out the fridge wasn't on either. Found the switch for the fridge in an obscure location and turned it on, suddenly we have air conditioning. It was too late, we were leaving! Taps in the bathroom have lime deposits on them.

Great location, easy to book, check in and check out. We only needed one night, so it suited our purposes perfectly.

It's is tired and the room wasn't very clean.

I like ground floor appartments & pool views . Poor was nice bed clean & comfortable great tv air con great bathroom , good kitchen staff great 😀

Horrible

The manager sent me 3 messages. One was a picture of his back. The next text message was a smirky face emoji. The next text message was a message saying emphasizing an image. I flew in late and after receiving those text messages did not feel safe to stay there alone as a young women. I had no choice as the first night I arrived to the Gold Coast late. Upon entry the hallway smelt of smoke like an old pub. The room had no aircon and the mattress feels like its been there since they first opened. I could feel every spring pressing into my back. I could also hear every single noise coming from the next apartments it sounded like they were opening my door. I didn't sleep at all and requested a refund. The manager called me the next day to ask why I cancelled and i told him i didnt feel comfortable after the messages he sent me and he said all 3 text were a butt dial... he did not seem to care at all. And I did not get a refund.

Location was awesome, staff were friendly and pool was great.

Need to provide more basics for a week stay - more than 1 small pkt washing liquid for machine etc.

Great location

I love how close it is to the shops. So many restaurants close by and Pacific Fair is only a 10 min walk away. Right near the beach as well. Location perfect for strolling around to one of the many restaurants that stay open late at night.

It was a little dated and the beds were a little hard.

Amazing place and views

The location is ideal, conveniently situated directly in front of the beach, just two blocks from the supermarket and one block from restaurants and cafes. The apartment is exceptionally comfortable and well-equipped with everything one might need. It is spacious, aesthetically pleasing, and offers breathtaking views from the living room. The room is very comfortable and has ample storage space, which I found to be quite convenient. There is also a great pool available for use.

Only issue we had was that we could not connect to wifi in our apartment. It just didn't work even though we tried asking. I hope they can fix this soon

bed is old shower needs a grip mat in as the friction has worn off the tiles and it makes it slippy. need big mugs for tea! and a teapot.

Location is Everything. will be staying again at Hi Ho.

location is fantastic. didn’t use car the whole time I was there. beach, shops, parks and restaurants all a quick five minute walk away. Pool is great. Rooms are well sized with ocean views. parking is free . staff are very friendly.

our room smelt a little funny on check in but opened up all the windows and was ok. fridge was not cold in our room, probably needs to be replaced.

Great location for a short break

Great location only a short walk to beach one way and a multitude of bars and restaurants the other. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay although we did have to go and request shower shampoo and conditioner. Good to have free on site parking included, as not an easy location to find parking. Nice pool and spa. Sea view from balcony.

Some of furnishings and decor could do with some tlc. Got the impression that it was a work in progress. A bit over priced based on these factors. Outdoor and dining tables are in need of replacement. Disappointed that spa did not work in the evening . Had to leave bedroom door open to get cool from living area air conditioning unit.

Very dated and floor was dirty when we arrived. I had to sweep the place before we could settle in. Small aircon did nothing and the beds were very uncomfortable. Great location but very noisy.
