The apartment is very clean, everything is perfect as I expected.

Good location. 24 hour check in which took the pressure of arrival time ( we were driving from Manchester). Friendly hosts who communicated well. Apartment was comfortable.

Looked like the picture. Nice and spacious.
Parking is a bit of an issue. Had to park at Holborn street, which is about a 5min walk from the property.

Spacious, comfortable, great location, modern, parking close by, great beds, clean and tidy.
Previous guests must have cooked curry, smell lingered.

In general a good apartment. Not possible to park just outside, but street parking 200 meters on the back side was not a problem.
The toilet was leaking water when flushing, although we believe it was only clean water.

Great apartment, had just about everything we needed. Great location, comfortable and clean, and great for our family of 4. We cooked a few meals whilst here and found the complimentary welcome basket useful. Milk, cereal and fresh orange juice was all a hit as well as the handy condiments when we had a fish supper. Thank you
Nothing only an few observations made that potentially maybe some games for family's to use could be handy and possibly a first aid kit?. However, we used the wee corner shop and got a pack of cards for later in the evenings and some plasters for our adventurous 3 year old. Also, nothing to sweep up/hoover with, my son made a mess with rice crispies one day and had nothing to clean up with I felt bad leaving it.

Very clean and great facility. Feel like home to home.

Place was clean and everything needed was there, the supply of bit of food and shower stuff was lovely, the free WiFi and the fact it was so quiet was great. Plus whenever I phoned to discuss the apartment before going I spoke to someone who was very kind and got me what I asked for.
As I was stressed about my deposit when I got to the apartment I tried to email the owners about the small hole in a wall in one room, a broken pedal bin in the kitchen and the plug for the sink in the kitchen must of been missing a bit as it drained automatically when I tried to fill it to sterilise baby bottles but could not get through so hoping that these issue were already on record so I do not get charged for this as I was unaware of these problems before turning up

The flat is great, has everything needed for a weekend stay. The rooms are modern and fresh. Staying with a colleague for work, we had our own space, didn't hear each other much in our rooms. Shared spaces were of a good size. Ground floor was a concern but very little noise from outside. Would recommend this property
Some noise from the neighbours in other flats in the building but it was not constant and not all the time

Location was close to Duthie Park for an event we were attending. Also the apartment had everything we needed for our stay.
Nothing

Close to shops and public transport. Enclosed garden at the rear. Breakfast supplies ( croissants, cereals, butter pats and mini jam / marmalade packets, Semi skimmed.
milk, orange juice, biscuits, tea, instant coffee and sugar.) Dishwasher( +tabs) Washing machine (+pods)
chipped crockery, no vacuum or dustpan to go with the very small brush. Very very low sofa, very hard to get out of if you have mobility issues. The shower door was narrow so if you have any excess weight it's a nightmare to have a shower. Very small table to dine at and only two chairs, covers on chairs peeling and flaking. Broken blind propped up in corner of living room. Property needs some tlc
***2 single beds turned out to be bunk beds( a double at bottom and single on top) Suited us as we had 3 kids)

Linen& towels immaculate. Kitchen & bathroom, modern& very clean. Everything we needed. Near Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Near to shopping.

very convenient for town centre and shops
personally I didn’t like the sofa and found it uncomfortable and difficult to get out of. As a group of three older ladies the “bunk” bed really wasn’t suitable perhaps a double bed that could be unzipped to become two singles might be worth considering in the future when replacing the bed.

It a spacious apartment with all the amenities you’d need , we had our daughter with us who was delighted to see bunk beds , the city centre is about a 5 minute drive so was perfect & we could find parking every night ! the owners were also great at communicating & helped with all my questions ! we will certainly use this apartment again when we travel to aberdeen !

if we had to say something then there was out of date items left for us, and old and tired utensils

Very comfy, and the apartment was very warm which is great in the north of Scotland.
It was clean, and the owners were excellent in replying quickly.
The little stuff left out for breakfast was lovely as well

The property was easy to find and was warm and very clean when we arrived. It was very spacious and comfortable. The owner was very helpful despite the fact that I had not picked up my recent E-mails.
The weather! The appartment was a little too distant from the restaurants that we favoured in the snow and ice that we encountered. We catered for ourselves at the appartment and found everything we needed.
