Foi perfeito

o acolhimento da equipe, a localização, o conforto e (nosso quarto era com varanda) o café da manhã. o local de estacionamento público, aberto, é grátis e bem próximo. A proprietária, Maria José, que reside quase em frente, é dona de uma enorme simpatia além de ser fluente em vários idiomas. Super recomendo.

o acesso ao andar superior por escada, é um problema para quem tem bagagem pesada.

On recommande c’est certain et possible que nous y retournions.

Les chambres étaient très propres, sobres et bien équipées. La salle de douche et toilettes également très propre, rien à dire. Peignoir à disposition pour flâner dans la chambre au besoin. Équipée avec TV. Le petit déjeuner super, diversifié avec des produits frais chaque jour avec plusieur sortes de pains. De plus, un petit plateau avec Porto et thé chaud à disposition l’après-midi pour profiter d’une bonne fin de journée. Super Hôtel à recommander les yeux fermés :-)

Attention car certaines chambres donnent sur le rez de chaussée. Entre le passage des clients de l’hôtel la nuit et tôt le matin ainsi que le petit déjeuner ça devait pas être super tranquille. Les portes des chambres étaient peu insonorisées et les rideaux prévu n’étaient pas adaptés pour une grasse matinée, on se fait réveiller très tôt avec passablement de lumière. Manque juste un bon café le matin, celui proposé n’était pas folichon.

Not a dislike but a tea coffee facility in the rooms might be good. There was a fridge.

Relaxing stay in a clean, well located hotel

We had such a lovely, relaxing stay at Guarda Rios. The rooms are clean, light and airy. Our bathroom was generously sized with a great shower. The hotel is well located and close to the beaches. They have beach parasols that you can borrow, which saved us buying one. There’s a large variety of great restaurants nearby. Breakfast is a highlight - fruit, eggs, cereals, bread, pastries, meat and cheeses. The breakfast room is really pretty and you can sit indoors or out. Maria and the whole team are so welcoming and kind. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We loved the hotel and only wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay at Guarda Rios. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a nice outdoor seating area. There is ample parking just round the corner of the accommodation.

Der Empfang ist herzlich und kompetent! Das Zimmer sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das kleine Hotel besticht durch seinen modernen Ausbau, der Freundlichkeit und durch das super leckere Frühstück! Die Lage ist top!

Bien situé près de la plage

Configuration de la chambre, le miroir de la salle de bain situé de côté ? Difficile de s’y voir… de même que la télé et chambre petite pour mettre nos valises.

Hôtel idéalement situé

Très jolie chambre décorée avec soin, salle de bain top et très bon petit-déjeuner. Accueil chaleureux et thé et gâteaux maison à disposition en fin de journée. Super séjour dans cette jolie ville.

very beautiful clean and comfortable, lovely smell of jasmine from the plant in court yard, bed really comfortable, lovely port and cake was a great touch and of course the welcome beer in the fridge 😊

Very kind staff, nice breakfast, homemade cakes and port wines were available all day and good location. They also accommodated for our late check in.

The room wasn’t soundproof, so we could hear the activity of the “early-morning people” while we were still asleep.

Very special place in a beautiful and special town.

Wonderful accommodations- clean, comfortable, great patio. Excellent renovated bathroom. Very short walk to beach, market and restaurants. Lovely breakfast, delicious cake made daily that could be enjoyed all hours! Very sweet and nice staff. Very quiet and peaceful.

an excellent choice for Vila Nova de Milfontes

this well-run guesthouse is in an excellent location in the old town close to the beach and steps from a very good restaurant. breakfast is ample and the cakes and wine in the late afternoon are a nice touch. A friendly helpful staff makes for an enjoyable stay. with luck you’ll get a parking space right in front of the guest house or just a few feet further down the road but if not at the start of the road, there’s a dirt parking lot it’s probably no more than 300 level feet away
