The location is close to the city center and the beach, but far enough to be in a very quiet location. The boutique hotel has détail to attention and has a beautiful pleasant sober decor. It has everything you need , even a little balcony. Pool and outside space which was calm to do our morning yoga routine.
The welcome is absolutely extraordinary and Rudolf went out of his way to book restaurants or send other recommandations for our stay. We cannot thank him enough.

Fantastic location and amenities. Staff superb!

Rudolf is a wonderful host. From check-in onwards he made us feel like home, with the best tips for restaurants, things to visit, hikes, etc. The bed is great, nice large shower. Lovely breakfast.

Beautiful property and outside area, really stunning. The staff were exceptional - lovely. helpful, accomodating.

The facility was fantastic, I dearly located just off the town center, but within very easy walking distance. The beach was less than a five minute walk. But best of all was the staff, Fatima was fantastic, and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. She was friendly and helped us make reservations at her favorite restaurant. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

beautifully clean airy and well appointed rooms and communal areas ( incl pool) lovely staff and great breakfast - one of the very best places I have stayed in my 4 weeks of walking in Spain and Portugal
very small: the location is not that picturesque in itself but very close to the centre of villa nova de milfontes which is lovely

Very nice host who gave us very kind welcome. We got a total appartement with 6 friends which gave us lots of space and privacy. The terras and breakfast room is spacious and cozy.
The swimming pool was a bit cold and very windy this time of the year

Fatima gave us the warmest welcome and was an excellent host. There were lots of lovely touches like the upgraded room and good morning note at breakfast. A perfect stay during our hike.

Rooms are stylish, spotlessly clean, cute balcony, amazing shower, beautifully ironed crisp sheets and bedding. Relaxing pool, comfortable sun loungers, manicured lawn, trees and bushes. A set breakfast which is absolutely delicious. However the 2 main features of this hotel are Rudolf and Fatima! The Managers who are so completely different and yet compliment each other so fantastically. Rudolf is charming, professional, polite and thoughtful. He helped me with SO many things but there is not enough room here to write these all down. Fatima is hilariously funny, sassy, charismatic. A woman who is beautiful both inside and out. Villa Eira was one of the most special places I have ever stayed in. If you are reading this as part of your research in finding a hotel in Vila Nova de Milfontes, do yourself a favour and stay at Villa Eira. I promise, you will not regret it. In the words of Patsy Stone - Villa Eira, Rudolf and Fatima are “Absolutely Fabulous!”
Everything was perfect!

Great location. Tastefully decorated. Very clean. There are good communal areas - either comfy sofas inside or beautiful views from roof terrace. Garden & pool area well maintained. Our bathroom had recently been refurbed with walk-in shower. Very comfy beds. Rudolf was extremely helpful recommending & booking restaurants, places to go on our drive down the coast. All staff were very friendly.
The bedroom was quite tight for 2 people, but fine as only stayed one night & didn’t spend much time there. I believe they have bigger rooms.

a lovely fully furnished apartment with delicious breakfast overlooking the water. Rufolf was wonderful host giving us great local information.

Fátima, the property manager, made sure I felt welcome and took care of everything.
The size of the rooms, the area around it (the sand dunes and the beach just a few blocks away). Breakfast was wonderful, too. and Vila Nova de Milfontes is a beautiful town with lots to see.

Rooms were comfortable with thoughtful touches like extra heaters and blankets. Kitchens were well appointed. And the breakfast was spectacular! The croissants were so fresh and flaky, and the service was impeccable. Best of all, you can walk to all the major locations -- the beach and Tasca do Celso.
We loved the stay. It was really very cozy. I can't think of anything that could be improved. Click the reserve button now. You won't regret it!

My husband and I were hiking the Fisherman's Trail (4 stages) with our 2.5 month baby. Villa Eira was our scheduled stop for the first night. Unfortunately, we both got food poisoning during the first day of the trek and I can not emphasize enough how happy I am that we had Rudolf and the Villa Eira team to help us. Halfway through the hike, we realized we would not be able to hike the remaining 6 miles to Villa Eira in our condition while caring for our son. We called the hotel and they helped us get to a road where they had a taxi waiting for us. When we got to the hotel, they made our stay very comfortable so we could rest and recover. They offered recommendations and also understood that we just needed to sleep for 14 hours :) They offered us late check out and breakfast to help the rest of our trek go smoothly. I regret that we didn't get to explore the lovely town and hotel more.

Very friendly people, helpful, welcoming and kind. We were sick when we arrived and the man who welcomed us offered his assistance, showed us to our room as quickly as possible and then inquired about our health the following day.
The room is not that big.

Loved everything! Rudolph was such a wonderful host and made our stay absolutely fantastic. Better service than any other hotel the entirety of our trip. He organized dinners for us! Helped out with any needs or questions we had and made sure we had a delightful night off the Rota Vicentina. We will most assuredly be back! the rooms are lovely, the pool and garden just delightful, and the breakfast was so filling. We wished we had stayed longer. if you are doing the Rota Vicentina and planning to stay in Villa Nova Milfontes, then heading to Almograve I strongly encourage that you spend 2 nights here. once we got to Almograve we regretted not taking a car or bus back to Villa Eira.
We loved everything!

Best receptionist i have faced in years. Very helpful and accommodating (switched our room for more comfort, called some restaurants to make reservations on our behalf, suggested many good places and areas etc). All this with natural and kindness. Thank you again for making our trip even more pleasant Rodolfo :)
