Schönes Hotel mit zweckmäßiger Ausstattung in zentraler Lage.

Freundlich eingerichtete Zimmer, zuvorkommendes Personal, alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Aufgrund der zentralen Lage war es laut durch die Gäste in den Restaurants.

Eine sehr süße Unterkunft im Zentrum

Das gemütliche kleine Hotel liegt super zentral und ist schön ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war super und es gab wahlweise sogar Spiegelei oder Rührei. Den Sehr gut aufgebrühten Kaffee kann man sooft nachfüllen wie man möchte. Das Zimmer ist schon sehr klein, aber mit wenig Gepäck bzw für ein/zwei Nächte an der Rota Vicentina total ausreichend.

Das Badezimmer ist mikroskopisch klein und nur durch eine Milchglasscheibe vom Schlafzimmer getrennt. Alles sehr eng und man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass es keine Privatsphäre zu seinem Zimmerpartner gibt. ;)

We would not choose to stay here again.

The room was very clean.The breakfast was good although the coffee was always only lukewarm. The breakfast staff were very friendly and the room maids were very helpful.

Don't plan to get a night sleep on a weekend as the location was very noisy until late at night (4 a.m.) with loud yelling and arguing as bars are nearby. We had a suite but our veranda looked right across at another resident apartment taking away any privacy we might want as one of the residents constantly appeared in his window smoking. Also, the stairs to the upper floors are narrow and difficult to carry luggage up.

A fabulous little gem with rooms on the backside of the hotel providing a quiet wonderful stay.

One of our favorite places to stay in southern Portugal along the Atlantic coast. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The breakfast is spectacular. And the rooms at the back of the hotel are quiet and peaceful. On the first night we had a room facing the street on the first floor. It was much smaller, somewhat difficult to navigate for two people, and exposed to the band that plays in an establishment nearby Until 10:30 PM. On the second and third night, we had a room up on the second floor, facing the back of the building and it was fabulous. It was just as clean and wonderfully appointed but slightly larger. The people at breakfast were wonderful and gave us a hot option that they made in the kitchen. breakfast was a wonderful treat and their small dining room.

Our only problem was with the smaller room towards the front of the hotel that we had the first night. It was cramped, feeling, and although clean and comfortable, the noise, even with the windows shut was problematic, and because of the street lights, we had to hang a blanket across the window to get it dark enough.

Cosy, laid back lodge. Staff was super friendly. Great location.

Room had windows directly to one of the busy promenades, which was a bit noisy, but the windows blocked most of the noise.

Great stay overall

Very central with no traffic, very good breakfast, quality decoration in the room and elsewhere in the public space, great view from the communal terrace, staff welcoming helpful and friendly. Big and very practical public carpark pretty nearby. Large shower area. Convenient private terrace from our room. Aircon very welcome as it is best to keep windows closed at night against noise.

First night was pretty noisy until at least 3am, music and loud talking with windows opened from the opposite house, dog barking very close. It was a Monday to Tuesday and during a quiet time of the season so I doubt it would improve as the season grows. Room has double-glazing but even closed you could hear the noise. Second night was fine. Stairs are rather narrow, so don't bring large suitcases if you can help it. Groundfloor access to the stairs is also rather awkward. Bed was comfortable but not wide enough as we are used to a 180cm bed. Not a game changer.

Perfect location with great roof terrace to enjoy the view. Good breakfast with lots of options. Our booking seemed to have been lost when we arrived but it was quickly sorted out.

Good location, very small room

The location is good, right in the center of the old town, in a pedestrian mall. The free parking lot is only about 150 meters away

The hotel was hard to find because of the pedestrian mall and one way streets, which mixed up Google Maps. The suitcases should be dropped off first (at the nearby car-accessible church - Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Graça) and then go park the car. The room was very small, and the noise at night from the restaurant right across the road was pretty loud. Because of the corona, breakfast was served in the room which was quite uncomfortable as there is hardly any room to sit, just on the bed. All the other hotels I stayed at (before and after) served breakfast in the dining room.

Incredible place to stay… the hotel has such a pretty rooftop with an amazing view to the ocean. You definitely should enjoy your breakfast up there. Lovely owner and staff as well. We definitely can recommend this place and will come back.

Exceptional

Very pleasant place to stay, well equipped and comfortable. Roof terrace with an extraordinary view or river and ocean Friendly staff making an effort to make the most of the stay. Certainly come back also because it is central in the older part of Milfontes close to good restaurants.
