Can't wait to return to spend a longer time there.

Flexibility and friendlyness of stuff. Indoor pool, sauna, outdoor pool. Billiard. Location. Apartment was well equipped and the heating was great!

A nice discovery

Our stay was amazing! The staff is very welcoming and did everything for our comfort before we arrived and during our stay. The apartment was very clean and offered a beautiful view of the ocean. The jacuzzi and inside pool offered us a great moment, everything was clean and tidy. You can reach the center in 10min by walk and find amazing places to eat.

The person who checked us in was nice, room was big and comfy.

Check in took forever - there was one person at the reception (lovely nevertheless, who despite not speaking that much English, was helpful) who had to do all the formalities for everyone. Our checkin was quick because we filled out the information online beforehand, but still took a long time to be processed. The staff in the restaurant was confused with respect to breakfast time & availability, as they basically were unable to tell us what time it would be served. We eventually walked past the other property in the group where we met some more knowledgeable employees and had breakfast there - however, the food was bland and cold (even the eggs), and the orange juice was a little past due.

Stayed one night and cancelled the stay for the nights 13/14 & 14/15.

The staff in the reception did what they could to help out. They managed to give as an apartment, which was excellent, for one night. The other two nights I cancelled as there was no way we would stay in an apartment with a so called waterbed.

The booking confirmation 3829.114.721 from "booking.com" describes a cama de casal (Largura 131-150 cm). No mentioning of only a waterbed! Cancelled the stay for the nights 13/14 & 14/15 and pequeno-almoço all pre-paid. Waiting for refund!

Great family holiday

A great apartment hotel for families. We have stayed in there several times during many years. The apartments are clean and have all the basic equipment to cook meals. We enjoyed eating on our balcony with wiews to the garden and the ocean. The garden and pool area are beautiful, and you can walk 5 min to the natural park, dunes, and sandy beach! The garden bar was pleasant. The jacuzzi and warm pool were open, and because of the covid regulation you have to book it ahead for yourselves, and don't need to share with other guests, which we liked. All the workers were very friendly. We will go back soon again.

Nice breakaway for my family after the lockdown

The view from the room, waterbed and the wine and fruit gift yiu left for us.

The fact that the pool was close and only opened the next day. Also , how can we use any towels if you can't take it to the pool. Please offer beach towels instead of the white towels. Please offer seaview balcony as well

There should be restaurant facilities inside hotel atleast for the people staying in hotel. Room services for food should be provided exclusively for people staying in.

Pleasant but with many things to be improved.

- The one-bedroom apartment where we stayed was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. - The access to the garden was directly through the balcony which allowed us to have nice breakfasts outdoor. - The indoor pool was pleasant. - The gardens were well kept. - The breakfast was well portioned and had a nice variety. - For dinner, the pizzas were very good.

- Dinner needed to be reserved over the phone then picked up but was ALWAYS late (more than 30 minutes) and cold. - The coffee maker in the room was not working. - The 24-hour assistance number was never reachable (called over 10 times) and no one called us back. - The lawn was mowed daily which was unnecessary and caused disturbance.
