Nouredine was helpful The Jacuzzi was nice The design of the Riad was nice

Hasan had no customer service skills. The AC was not working properly in one of the rooms when it was 45c. Everything was paid for beforehand, yet they added a so called 'City Charge' of 390MAD for 3 days when this was not mentioned in the website. I felt cheated when given the bill of 1500MAD upon check-out. NOT GOOD

Lovely riad in a not-so-great spot

Very helpful staff, excellent premises and lovely breakfast. Quiet and comfortable room.

Authentic, relaxing and beautiful

The property is so clean, tidy, authentic and beautiful. It is in a very tucked away location surrounded by locals and it was surprising to see such a beautiful Riad behind the door. It was difficult to get a taxi from the airport to the door of the hotel, some of the roads are narrow and so we had to walk a small way (it was safe but a little uncomfortable at night time). The hotel can help organising a taxi from the airport to the hotel before your stay. The property felt very safe and secure. The souks (markets) are a short 10-15 minute walk away and other trouser attractions are close to. The property gives you a full authentic experience of Marrakech. The staff were incredible, very kind and helpful and helped us organise our excursions and took very good care of us. I really recommend staying here for your time in Marrakech!

The property is situated on a small road which was daunting at first but it was safe.

thé Riyad was amazing. room super confortable. staff super nice. thé spa really relaxing. everything was nice. note that you are slightly off the main touristic place, but it’s just a short walk back to the Riyad. which is even better.

Beautiful riad with rooftop hot tubs after a hard day exploring

All of the staff were so lovely and helpful. There are 2 hot tubs on the roof terrace. Both superbly clean, modern and hot! Eggs for breakfast upon request if you’re not into sweet pastries.

Safe and comfortable

Hassan was very helpful in terms of even finding the exact food we were craving and ordering them in!

There are youths who will insist on guiding tourist and demand cash if one follows them around the area. but they are harmless. Can be quite intimidating if Hassan did not assure us they mean no harm.

Couldn’t recommend enough

The property was brilliant, couldn’t recommend effort, it was spotless, the rooms were a great size and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I would recommend eating in the Riad one night, the food was all home made and tasted so good.

It would be nice to have some music on the terrace for when you are relaxing on the chairs and in the hot tub.

One of our best short breaks away ever!

Fantastic, calm oasis in the winding alleys of Marrakesh' medina. Fabulous rooms, wonderful food, and the staff - Noureddine and Hassan in particular - could not have been more helpful/ welcoming!

superb way to see Marrakesh

we were let down by the cancellation of our Tiad three days before we traveled. Riad Ysalis was found by Booking.com and it was superb. We would heartily recommend it and suggest that more people are made aware of the property. in particular the staff were exceptional they went beyond expectations to make our stay such a wonderful experience.

Recommended Riad

We really like the Riad in general. Everything was more than our expectations. The Staff was really nice and they tried to help us with all our requests. The room was pretty big and really clean. After the whole day outside in marrakech was a really pleasure to relax in the Riad.

It is not completely negative, but the location is not in a tourist area, not so many tourists and the first days maybe you will feel a bit uncomfortable to walk around in that neighbourhood. but after the first days you will get used and enjoy it.

Special place, amazing people, a real Gem - love it !

We love it, the staff is amazing, each room is a gem, the food fresh and tasty, but most important the staff makes their duty to make you feel special ! Its so clean and full of character, every corner has a beautiful object and the treatments in the and Spa are another amazing bonus, Mr Rouddene and his team (staff member) took care of us amazingly - we cant wait to come back, this place is a real Gem in the Riad - high quality with a personal touch, we were very sad to leave and look forward to come back

A little.. the streets are very dirty but I guess is typucal from Riad - Souks
