Location fantastic
Staff were friendly, allowed us to check in early
Lovely and clean hotel
Room has no A/C but it wasn’t a major issue
4.3
The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were excellent but the noise at 7 am from the workmen outside was not at all good.

We loved the room, it was quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was fantastic. The staff were so helpful. The location was great, far away enough from the busy areas but easy enough to walk with no problem.
The room was really warm and we weren't able to get it cool. To be fair, we didn't say anything to reception so there probably was a way to fix it. The hairdryer was a bit rubbish but I'm picking holes

Beautiful hotel, very well priced!, highly recommended 👌
4.3
Cheap, cosy, just what you need for a pitstop in Dublin
When taking a shower, the water leaks out of the shower in the City Pod rooms and goes all over the floor of the room. This wasn't bad maintenance, there were never any seals or water barriers fitted first day.

Have stayed here previously and can’t fault the hotel at all in regards to location/ cleanliness etc..
The nearest car park is stephens green which is about a 6/7 minute walk this is fine if the day is dry however when it’s raining it’s a bit of a hassle.

Property is in a good location and a short walk to many places of interest. The property is an old building, giving the building character. The bathroom was lovely, newly refurbished and very clean.
As the building is an old property, you are able to hear loud music playing from the bars/clubs on the street as well as the seagulls (we were on the 4th floor). The bed was not the most comfortable and the carpets could do with a clean as they were quite old and worn.

Breakfast was not included and for €269 I felt that was over priced. Hotel was gorgeous and staff were excellent
A little expensive with no breakfast

Horrible hotel! Stay is very uncomfortable and poor standards for what they advertise. Felt very bait and switch with their online pictures, smelt mold awful in room and extremely overpriced for what is offered. Not even a hair dryer in the room for a supposedly classy hotel! Asked for one, took over 30 min for them to bring one up said it would be right away. Tiny window and stuffy with no air or AC. Staff was u friendly at front only restaurant staff was nice. Early morning at 6am there was no front desk person there they had just wandered off for over 40 minutes! Whatever management is running this place is obviously not. I would never go back again and would never recommend. Any other hotel is better than this, I stayed at one by Dublin airport on arrival that was unexpectedly much cheaper and 1000 x’s better!
Terrible rooms, smelt moldy stuffy.
No amenities as described on website.
Spotty wifi.
No Front desk assistance 24-7 as described.
Very uncomfortable bed.
Loud doors from other rooms.
Unfriendly front staff.
Terrible hotel for way too much $ for what’s provided.
Complete disappointment!

Good location.
Air conditioning not working in bedroom. Noise from 5.30am. Requests not dealt with by staff

Beautiful hotel in a nice area with easy access to St. Stephen Green and beyond. Hotel restaurant was very good and we really enjoyed the charm of the building. Clean, and quiet, though there are nightclubs across the street. Its a great spot when visiting Dublin

Booked a pod room which is funky and compact which but on entry was uncomfortably warm - it was a rare warm day in Dublin mind you. Reception kindly moved me to a standard room. Comfortable and wonderfully quiet! Friendly, helpful staff.
My only criticism would be that the late night bar ambience was slightly compromised by the set-up for breakfast the next morning but this wouldn’t be an issue for most and there’s always the lounge one can move to.

Great location, Restaurant on premises, comfortable bed.

A/C was not working in room
4.3
Staff excellent, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was excellent also. However we were put into room at front of premises and we found it difficult to sleep with the noise from Copper Face Jack's.
Perhaps have put us in a quieter room.

Location close to St. Stephen’s Green and tram stop into the heart of Dublin. Exceptionally friendly staff very welcoming. Superior room size, high ceilings and cleanliness of room. Wonderful bar and restaurant
A little too warm inside the hotel making eating and drinking a little uncomfortable - should not deter though

great location and breakfast was excellent! the chill out, lounge and food area were all lovely, staff were really accommodating with a little one running around.
my only thing was that we never got our cot, granted we booked last min but had it in our notes, at check in they said it should be in the room but if not to let them know when we were heading out for food... it wasnt in the room and we noted it on our way out for dinner. When we asked at the desk when we came back in they said it should be in the room, only it wasn't and by then i just didnt want to ask again as it was bed time and we had to get the baby down etc.

stayed with my 8 year old daughter just before xmas. room was gorgeous and the food for both dinner and breakfast was fabulous. Love this hotel and will stay again many times i feel. Staff very friendly.
4.3
It was my partners birthday, they had the room set up lovely and also the bath as requested was great,
There was no night time bar orders to the room, by night I mean 23:30, which to me isn't that late
4.3
The minute you walk in you feel so welcomed and feel at home!
We had an awful start to our holiday and had to change accommodation at the last minute. The minute we got into the Iveagh we felt so welcomed and the room we stayed in was incredible! My cousin also stayed here and he had a gorgeous room too.
Nothing! Considering we were there for New Years we couldn’t hear any of the nightclubs, and we were one the 1st floor by the road.
4.3
great staff, super cute restaurant, comfy beds
location on street with lots of late night clubs made noise an issue, no AC (but they did bring us a fan which saved our lives!)
4.3
Lovely staff. Very comforable. Good location
Water continuously ran in the toilet. There was either a plug in dehumidifier or airconditioner in room that was vented out of an open window so window couldn't be closed. No explanation given for this.
4.3
Breakfast
The room was very noisy, noise from up above of moving furniture, could not open windows, no air conditioning, fan broken in shower room
Three star hotel at a four star price
On complaining after our first night we are moved into another room with air conditioning and a open window then discovered that our bathroom fan was on all night and according to reception staff that’s is normal
We were of offered a drinks voucher and a free breakfast we never received either of these
Very disappointing spoilt our weekend away
