I was given a breakfast bag due to an early check out which was really appreciated. Water would have been appreciated but the bag had a piece of fruit, sandwiches, yoghurt and a carton of orange juice. Unfortunately I had to leave some of the items as it would not be able to be taken through security. Bed was comfortable.
There didn’t seem to be an internal lock on the door which was slightly unnerving as my room appeared to be right by a staircase so it felt like someone was right outside regularly. The sink tap wasn’t fixed properly to the sink and there was a bad smell in the toilet. I didn’t use the shower as it was a quick visit. There was also no heating in the room so it was difficult to try and dry out my wet clothes from the rain.

Clean, well decorated and comfortable, nice breakfast
It’s a bit far from the city center if you enjoy having all at walking distance, but it’s great value for money
4.3
The size of the room was quite good.
24h reception, so if you arrive late that's not a big deal.
I was expecting a great breakfast based on reviews, but it is not. It's okay, but finishes too early and the quality it is just fair.
It is a very outdated place and rather labyrinthine building.
All and all, too expensive for what you get.

Staffs were very kind and helpful. Breackfast was super!
It was well maintained but the facilities were relative old. The heating system didn't work well at our room.

Location was perfect to what we wanted it for
Our room was looking out onto a wall and was dark and cold

Nice lobby. Very good restaurant in the same bulding.
Window to the noisy yard, just meter above the ground. Weak water current in bath

Location was superb with many shops and top-class restaurants around.
The room had all the amenities and was clean and neat.
Onsite parking was a huge bonus.
Would have liked more fruit and possibly some cold cuts and cheese options for breakfast.

Hotel very nice in general.
Staff with poor English. Young foreign woman behind bar looked as though me as a customer was more work for her. Did not easily understand English, Did not smile and act as though I the customer was most important, but had huge smile for her team leader/peer. At breakfast I was ask by a male waiter what I would like to drink, tea or coffee, I asked for tea but waiter never came back. Ten minutes later female waiter asked if I wanted tea or coffee, I said coffee please, but she never brought it. After I finished my breakfast I was asked if everything was OK and pointed out that I had not had any coffee or tea. Male waiter slipped on water or something, luckily he was young and so recovered like a Michael Jackson move. When ordering breakfast female waiter asked me what I wanted to eat but didn't get the order right. Fawlty Towers experience at breakfast.

Quiet, nice breakfast, friendly staff, 2 (empty) bowls for the dog in the room, availability of parking, possibility to have diner/ drink at the place, a lot of other dining options nearby, there is a bus running to the city centre from the street & a taxi stand, Luas (tramway) is a 10 min walk
Dogs restricted to beer garden, very expensive but that is probably more a reflection on Dublin/Ireland

Room was quiet and on the ground floor - very handy for car park and with the dog. Breakfast was very good, especially the scones!
The carpets in the corridors, etc., look a bit tired - but they were clean we weren’t paying for luxury.
