Perfect stay. I would have loved to stay another night.

Very spacious apartment. Good beds. Friendly owner who waited more than an hour because our flight was delayed. Many restaurants around the corner.

Great stay, I would love to come back here

Graet location, few steps from metro station, busses, markets Penny &Lidl and Etna street. Hovewer I recommend to use bigger bus stops like Piazza Borsellino (D bus to the beach, Alibus to/from AirPort) or bus station next GIOVANNI XXIII metro stop (to Taormina). The appartment is enough big for four people, well equipped kichen and clean bathroom. The advantage are elevator and safe neightbourhood. Very nice and helpful owner.

Peccato, bastava poco.

Appartamento grande ed situato vicino al centro

Abbiamo trovato diverse zanzare schiacciate di vecchia data sul muro di tutte e due le stanze e non rimosse. Alcune federe erano con aloni ed anche alcune asciugamani con macchie e senza odore di pulito. Tappeto per doccia mancante e anche la carta igienica: un mezzo rotolo e basta. L'armadio fuori era ancora pieno di buste piene delle immondizie precedenti. Mancanza di alcune pentole e caffettiera idonea per il piano di induzione. Tavolo per tv pericoloso mancante di un piede. Il materasso dovrebbe per igiene avere un copri materasso.

The property is in good location to get around, i.e. near the busses and tube station as well as a few minutes from the centre

The area was a bit sketchy, we walked the 10 mins from the bus terminal and there’s people sleeping in cars and some very dodgy characters. 2 roads on it becomes much nicer. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows must have been from when the building was built.

the location is very central. There is a parking place near the building. there are also lots of Supermarkets near the place.

There is a bad smell in the flat especially at night. The smell is coming from the toilet. İt is not very clean. Everything is old especially the towels. There are lots of mosquitos at night. Lastly when we stayed there, there was a bazaar which stayes there till 1 pm. Therefore we couldn’t reach the flat with our car and it was very difficult for us to fine the place by walking.

Very spacious apartment with two bedrooms and comfortable beds. Great location for touring the center of catania. a pleasant host who waited for us and gave us basic instructions for using the apartment and navigating the city.

Noisy and heavy front door to the building. Sound heard from other apartments. It takes a little getting used to the living conditions. The host could provide suitable basic cleaning products, such as a clean dishwashing sponge. It would be useful for longer stays.

We liked everything about this Apartment. Bed was really comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need if you like to cook during your stay. Shower has nice hot water. All in one it was nice clean Apartment. The owner of the apartment, he was really cool and gave us all the information about Catania, where to go, where to eat, etc. Catania attractions just 5 min walk, the open market just next to Apartment . We really recommend staying here.

Perfect for a city break

Great location - walking distance to all Catania attractions. The host was helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The apartment is spacious, the bed comfortable, it has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We were just the two of us, but I imagine it will be perfect for two couples of friends. There is a market downstairs, where one can buy fresh fruits and vegetables, as we'll as all sorts of other things. Three supermarkets within a 2-minute walk. Perfect location!

There is a stale smell in the bathroom, if someone is very sensitive it might be an issue. We didn't mind. Other than that - no problems!

It's close to the centre. Beds are comfortable. Rooms spacious and well furnished. Close to the supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The owner welcoming and helpful.

There aren't enough glasses to drink wine.

Recommend, recommend and recommend!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is nice, spacious and clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, beds are comfortable. Although we had some trouble with the keys at our own fault, lost and left them in the apartment etc, and Alessandro was really helpful and kind, he helped us right away. He is one of the best hosts whose apartment we've ever been to.

The owner is a very friendly and helpful guy. The apartment is spacious and in close proximity to the strict center.

It smelled weird kinda like a basement. The situation with keys is quite awkward since apart from the keys themselves you need to carry a plastic card used to open another doors and to turn on the electricity. All the dishes seemed clean but smelled awful no wonder when you see how the sponge looked…
