A lot of things to do. right on the beach.
the food was not good overall. Also difficult to get reservations at restaurants. Had to ask repeatedly for waters. Towels and sheets were stained and not clean looking.
4.5
4.0
the staff, cleanliness, and the food
there is line up for everything e.g. line up to get into cafeteria line up to get into a restaurant line up to get a drink from a bar because there no enough bars ,restaurants nor cafeterias
4.0
the food was horrible. service was poor.
5.0
The amenities were captivating, and the food was delicious,
There wasn't transportation on the resort, such as a golf cart, from the spa to the massage area on the beach. Therefore, we had to walk in our robes across the resort to get our massage therapists.
4.5
How beautiful the resort and that it offered a lot of things for kids and adults to do.
The food could be better at the restaurants. The burger place was the best and the ice cream was good
1.5
lazy river, mini golf, beach front
no reservations made dinner chaotic. one of their restaurants was closed all weekend which made it more busy at other restaurants. the food quality was overall poor. the food did not taste good.
ALSO they advertise having an Indian restaurant and hookah lounge but there is no hookah lounge……
2.5
Amenities : flowrider, spa, mini golf , activities team was awesome , Volleyball & basketball.
check in was painful 3 different rooms and paid for star class but ended up on the other side of the resort .long walks to star class facilities from our room
long lines at buffets /booking restaurants one day at time makes it hard to plan your week
no pillow service/bed turn down twice/ stocked mini bar 3 times /poor cleaning of room our butler was hard to find or get service from him never got info on our dining to late in the day
4.5
Everything from the food (across the restaurants) to the pools, beach, fitness and wellness spa was great. The best thing was the service. Shout out to Carlos who was waiting on us at the kids pool and the main pool (sorry didn’t get a chance to say goodbye like promised!) & Nacho our ‘butler’. Great guys and very helpful!
Room wasn’t cleaned to a high standard all the time and noisy neighbours. Other than that no issues.
4.0
The swim out room was great and daily room service was excellent. Exceeded expectations!
Excellent bar staff service.
Extra charges for everything! Surf rider, trampoline, arcade games.
LACK OF DINNER RESERVATIONS!
To much hassle for excursions and wine sales!
Lack of seating for nightly shows.
Small restaurants with minimal seating

Everything
Mosquitoes/ Bugs in the room that bit us. Had to have staff spray room down.

pool
adult side and family side and you had to get a day pass to go on adult side if you are booked on family side. the family side had everything better restaurants pools etc.
3.5
Great location but a didn’t like the food
5.0
We absolutely loved our stay here!!! Everything you needed was on the resort and the excursions offered were a huge plus (very affordable). The food and drinks were amazing as well!
The putt putt golf could be better. Perhaps add borders so the ball doesn’t continually fall off the green.

Beside the beach, the several pools and cabanas, kids Jurassic themed pool, lazy river, flow rider, arcade and trampoline, daily animations/shows, various restaurants: So-Cal, Guy's Burger, Italian Gusto, beach bbq ...
Extra fee for arcade, trampoline and flow rider. There should be some kind of courtesy card for it. Mosquitoes are vampire-like mostly right at dusk.
The star class wrist band do not give much benefit if you get it as an additional package at check-in. Lounge 21 breakfast is very limited. I wish I could have been advised not do the upgrade. Was not worth the $45/day per person.
Staff should be trained to greet guests when passing by, a simple gesture to salute or a smile goes a long way. Most of the time I would have to greet first to have staff salute.
4.0
all inclusive
refrigerator only stocked once during 5 day stay, room flooded 1 night, no face towels 3days, ants in the room

We loved the lazy River and the all inclusive program. the serving staff was friendly.
location was not the best. $65 taxi to get anywhere. The front desk staff and supervisors were slow and unhelpful. checking in was a nightmare. checking out was a nightmare. They are not accommodating. The beach is full of sea weed. we didn’t spend much time there.
