Horrible- do not stay

It was close to the airport

Room (honeymoon suite at $900/night) was dirty we had to wait 2 hrs past check in time to actually go to our room. Food was not edible at any of the restaurants. "Stocked mini bar" was 2 beers, a bag of peanut m&ms and a mini can of pringles. Beaches were not accessible becasue of all the seaweed

The trip was amazing and can’t wait to go back

The resort is nice and clean. We had the preferred club privileges which give access to some additional facilities which was great as well. The staff is very nice as well and super accommodating with dietary restrictions.

The beach was a bit dirty and a lot of sellers on the beach who kept on bothering us.

Overall good experience thanks to a very nice staff and spacious and well designed suite.

The breakfast at the main restaurant is a fantastic buffet. I was looking forward to it every morning. The Food is good in general, plenty of restaurants to choose from. The Mexican food restaurant was great, it is not spicy because most of the clients would light up but you can ask for a hot sauce if you like. The Suite was spacious and very well conceived, the bathrooms pleasant and comfortable. Plenty of animations and live events. Lots of variations in Menus. The staff was pretty awesome everywhere.

People can be drunk and noisy in the halls of the hotel, that can alter substantially the quality of sleep. Our mattress wasn't so great. In fact it felt far too soft in one specific spot and that had a bad impact on my back but I don't believe that the other rooms have the same issue. Nevertheless, I found the mattress it too soft in general. There is a smell or "perfume" in the lobby that really wasn't to our liking, I wish they choose an other one. I understand why, but some restaurants have a dress code. I couldn't try too of them just because I didn't have trousers. The hotel tried to help me get some but they couldn't find something that worked.

My room wasn’t ready until 3:00 pm, I arrived at 11:00 am they didn’t even try to accommodate me earlier , the food was terrible only had lunch and it was bad nothing like my previous experience, I didn’t stay took my plane back the same day I arrived I went back home. Horrible experience

excellent location lots of restaurants bars, and pools. very clean friendly staff and food was generally good although I was not that impressed with the olio restaurant the Greek salad was pour with canned olives and not really a Greek salad. The octopus and other dishes that they offer were good the Italian restaurant was excellent. However, if you want a good table you have to pay over $100 more for a bottle of wine. The Blue Water steak restaurant was very good and I would recommend it.

The upgrade to club level was not necessary for us, and the additional money would’ve been better spent on souvenirs. Additionally, the exclusive pool at the club level was not that comfortable and had an error of smugness. finally, do not count on the ATM machine for cash. It was poorly serviced never had cash and it became a real ordeal to get extra cash. I would recommend you bring twice as much cash as you think you need because it is a burden to get cash the hotel does not cooperate and the ATM service is poor.

Amazing stay in Cancun!

The rooms are big and well furnished, the bed is very comfy and the view is very nice from both sides of the hotel. The pools are nice and the beach is amazing, the staff is always helpful and kind. A special recognition to the butlers of Piso 22 (Aleman and Carlos), they have been very helpful throughout our stay.

The A/C is always on, even if you turn it down it keeps pumping cold air. The food at the restaurants is not good, maybe it wasn’t good because of our “European” taste but we decided to eat out for several nights.

Food was average with exception of Olio and Italian restaurant. For the most part, we ate breakfast and lunch at the buffet (Marketplace) which should have had more fresh fruit and vegetables. Room service food was awful.

The room is good.

The food was absolute terrible. I believe their management changed over the summer 2022 and the food is REALLY bad. For an all inclusive food is really important. How you feel, this will ruin your stay.

Excellent stay. We hope to come back perhaps for our 50th anniversary.

Yuri was our check in and check out person. She and Aleman were extremely helpful with special requests, ie., steaming evening clothes, providing helpful hints on purchases, etc. Also, Josefina was an excellent masseuse and facialist during my spa visit.

The view from our room was spectacular. However as we were in 2218, our room was situated above the generators below which masked the sound of the ocean. Just a minor issue as I love to hear the sound of the ocean.

It was nice. The pools were fabulous. The pool service was great. pool close too early. 600 pm is ridiculous. 700 pm

The room. Huge, open! The wall if glass that overlooked the beach and bay. lovely

The Asian restaurant. Terrible. They have no idea was Pan Pacific is. I got up after the second coarse. Replace that with a true Mexico City Cuisine restaurant. Do what you know!!!

It was very relaxing and we had a nice time.

The ambiance and the access to preferred locations. our butlers were top notch and the room attendant was awesome! I like that the staff was attentive to my issues.

I didn’t like the service in a couple of restaurants. Waiting for the food was entirely too long (45 mins) and I explained of my tomato allergy each time I requested a meal, more than once, and there were still tomatoes on my food.

got food poising and electricity out for a day and our butler never let us know when our room was ready at arrival so we waited 4 and half hours to check in there where many issues, my husband and I go to secrets destinations often but after this experience we may never go back

Perfect stay and cannot wait to be back

Everything was exceptional. Breakfast served by room service on the balcony was absolute bliss. Great food and drinks quality and waiting time on the 12th floor.

Just this one small thing ruined our perfect and absolute luxury stay: the annoying and pushy guy who tried to push us into a loyalty program and only after 30 minutes we were informed it would cost us 169 dollars a year. If not this situation (lost of 50 minutes of our lives) it would be an absolute perfection

overall a good stay, pretty typical for an inclusive resort but the restaurant waiting time really brought down the stay

restaurant waiting time was abysmal. 1 hour and 30 mins was the shortest waiting time we had. communication to guests should be clearer, especially in regards to who gets seated. Food quality in the restaurants was also not great which didn’t help with the excessive waiting time.

Love the atmosphere and the grounds. The staff was helpful.

The all inclusive choices of alcohol were poor. The bedroom had a very mildew smell that stayed in our clothing. Also construction and painting as going on on the floor we stayed on.
