Beautiful little haven, great place to relax and had all the amenities needed.. will definitely be using again on my next business trip!

Lovely little apartment, very clean and modern. Good location not far outside of city centre.
It got a bit hot and we struggled with opening/closing the Velux windows although a fan was provided so not too bad.

Beautifully decorated property, was able to park directly outside. Tom the owner was a gentleman. Ideally placed to explore the city.

lovely place. well stocked. great cleanliness.
any fault i found cant exactly be placed on the host. the road is a bit noisy, that cant be helped i guess and instead of blinds, i would suggest curtains to make it feel more private

Clean, modern apartment that had everything we needed. Especially appreciated the fan during the heat wave. Having the Co-op market across the street was very convenient.
It’s close to the street so there is a lot of street noise - people walking by and delivery trucks.

The Old Bakery was exceptionally stylish & immaculately clean & the bed was really comfortable. The facilities were great & it had everything we needed. It was also very conveniently located for either walking into Norwich (20 minutes), or catching the local City Centre bus, & there was an excellent selection of cafes, pubs & food retailers within walking distance of the property.
The communication from the hosts (Tom & Patsy) was really good both prior to & following our stay. We had left an item behind & had an immediate notification from Tom, who then very kindly posted the item back to us straight away, which was much appreciated.
As the property is right by the road & opposite a Co-op, it is incredibly noisy, particularly as the many store deliveries start from 6.45am every morning & the frequent customer parking to use the store, which is open until 10pm.
In addition, unless you are happy to have passers by looking into the property, you have to have the window blinds closed at all times, which means that there is little natural light in the lounge or bedroom.

We loved it. Very comfortable loved the whole ambience of the place. Very clean and well equipped we were only here for 1 night but will be back.
We loved everything but if I was beng picky a slightly later check out time would ha e been good.

Smart, well designed space, very stylish and nicely done. Great location with a cool coffee shops and places around it and a bus into town. Thanks so much to Tom and Patsy for the lovely friendly welcome messages and help. Ot was so appreciated. We've recommended you and would gladly return.
I had a bit of trounle regulating the temperature on the shower or changing it from overhead to hand held ....couldn't work it out despite trying but could be easily sorted for anyone who might similarly struggle and it's no biggie.

The written description said it offered a dryer. The Airbnb picture showed a washer/dryer. There wasn’t one.

It was like visiting home from home with all the essential stuff perfect and all the detail too.
Magnificent pubs and food around the corner & a £2 bus ride into the city centre in 10 mins….a great all round trip & experience .

the property is in a great location, in the buzzing Unthank Road area. it’s perfect if you are visiting the university or the City itself.
we would definitely stay again.

Everything! Absolutely spotless, very tastefully decorated and love the original features that have been so well preserved. The location is spot on, if you don't mind a bit of a walk (only 15 mins or so) into town, I love this area of Norwich so it was perfect. The parking was so easy, we got the spot right out the front of the house. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed and the bathroom was lovely.
That we only booked one night!

Nothing to fault it was all fabulous including all the helpful hosts input making sure our stay ran smoothly

The Old Bakery is tastefully decorated and well equipped. It offers a comfortable stay. It was very clean and tidy. Hosts communicated effectively. It is about 15-20 min walk to city centre and also on a bus route. There are many shops, pubs and dining places nearby. We enjoyed our short stay very much.
The only negative is that because it is across the road from a supermarket, the delivery vans can be a bit noisy.

What a gorgeous place in the perfect location to walk into the city centre.
The standard of this property is exceptional, the interior design has been well thought out and has everything you need for your stay. We loved the independent coffee shop just two mins up the road - an absolute treat!
Cleaning was immaculate, everything felt brand new.

The property was well decorated & designed with great amenities and thoughtful
touches.
It opened right onto the road with lots of windows which meant it was a little noisy & lacked privacy if we kept the curtains open. However the blinds & curtains worked well and skylights meant there was plenty of light.

nothing, everything was great!

this was the perfect home from home . luxurious and good quality furnishings, textiles, kitchen equipment.
everything was spotless and beautiful. Location was perfect , easy to park , walkable to city centre and on a bus line for UEA or into town if not feeling like a stroll . great choice of places to eat or get takeaway and a grocery store on the corner . there is nothing I can fault - a real credit to the owners !!

Excellent location, facilities and communication with host. Very well appointed property.
Property very close to road. A tad noisy due to early delivery at Co-op over the road and traffic noise on main road ( cars going over man-hole cover!)

This property was amazing, the cleanest property we have ever stayed in!! Loved the feature of the old bakery window.
well equipped, bed was amazingly comfortable, Tom's direction's & communication's were excellent, parking was easy we managed to parking right outside the property on the opposite side of the road, then when we went out parking space was just a few spaces down. Unthank Road excellent for eateries, and local shop's, the walk into the town, only about 20 mins or a bus stop right outside.
A dishwasher would have been more beneficial than a washer/dryer, and a small garden to the rear would have made this property ideal especially in the summer. All in all a lovely property.

Very clean, modern, warm, lovely decor, comfy bed, kitchen with all the amenities you could wish for, even tea, coffee and milk. Modern spotless bathroom with towels. We will certainly consider staying here again in the future
If I had to say anything, albeit very minor, it would be that when it's dark outside and light inside; even with the blinds and curtains closed you can still see inside the apartment quite easily due to the tiny pinhole design of the blinds and thin curtains, making privacy non-existent.

nothing !
