Wonderful apartment in fantastic location with ocean views!

Beautiful grounds, lovely gardens and pool area. Fantastic views and very nice modern apartment.

We were 2 couples but had two single beds in one bedroom. These beds were made up with flat sheets instead of fitted ones so every night they did not stay on bed properly. it was quite uncomfortable.

Definitely returning to the relaxing atmosphere of the Oceana on Broadbeach with great facilities.

Direct beach location. Quiet,away from traffic noise. Spacious two bedroom apartment. Friendly attentive staff.

Stuffy room upon arrival with child’s fingerprints on all glass doors.

Everything you could ask for in comfort and location.

Unit 61, 14th Floor Very big, spacious, modern, privacy for everyone. Balconies off every room. 3 bathrooms plus powder room. Great kitchen. Showers had great pressure! Cleanest apartment I’ve stayed in. Kitchen had heaps of crockery, cutlery, glasses. Big balcony over looking beach and pools. Beautiful morning sun. Lift was quick. Loved the big spa by the pool. Perfect warm temperature to relax. Secure access. Great location. Next to coffee shop/cafe and bottle shop. 10-15min walk to Broadbeach centre. 25min walk to surfers Cavill Ave.

Nothing really….. if I had to be picky…No salt or pepper. Only one roll toilet paper spare in bathrooms. Only one sachet of dish powder/ liquid.

my friend and I really loved the location of the property was handy to everywhere we needed to go, staff with lovely, an

close to every where we need to go. all within walking distance. loved the pool area. car parking came without having to pay extra. back gate exit, for a walk along beach.

A little too much dust along the skirting boards of the unit. would’ve been nice to know about the $300 deposit for the keys before arriving.

Thr staff were very friendly and helpful and the facilities great.

Location right on the beach and close to Pacific Fair. Facilities are great and the apartment spacious with fabulous views.

Carpet stained and dirty - not up to standard for a luxury apartment. Overall not clean enough.

only satisified with the ocean view and location, nothing else made me feel happy to stay there.

1. room was not ready for occupy, second washroom was dirty, toilet paper on ground and dirty in the toliet 2. not ready kitchen as aparment, no knife in the kitchen, no rubbish bags 3. management staff was not so friendly when we told her the toilet was dirty, no proper respond 4. management staff was not treating clients fairly. He spoke to a young lady with smiling face and warm sound, but when I asked for rubbish bags, no talking only giving two rubbish bags. I stayed for 6 nights, only 2 bags

Enjoyable beach getaway

Amazingly located right at the beach. There is always cafes, bottle shops and bowls club right on the doorstep. The beach view are amazing and the staff was welcoming and polite. I would definitely return

Overall very happy with unit and beds were very well presented and comfy .. minor grizzle Extra attention to final cleanup ! As we found many long dark hairs in several areas on the floor of our unit ….

the room was spectacular, as was was the location. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

the air conditioning did not work. the complex were responsive in trying to fix it but couldn’t get it fixed during our stay.

Superb

It was all good, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The unit was very spacious, with a good balcony on the sunny side. A BWS, cafe, fish and chip shop, and grocery are near as is the bowling club which has good meals. Special thanks to Deborah who colluded with our son from Peth to arrange accommodation for a surprise visit. We hadn't seen him for three years because of covid.

Fabulous Family Holiday

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Staff were so friendly and accomodating. Pool area was perfect. Heated pool a total winner. Local transport so handy. We had the best time and the beach was just across the road. Perfect!

It was our second stay at this outstanding property and we intend to book another stay soon.

Wonderful location,amazing views over the ocean. My Husband now has a disability scooter and the staff were wonderful giving us extra time for the checkout. The paths were wide and gave him plenty of room to scoot around the property and area of Broadbeach.
