the worst hotel I've ever been to!!!

nothing

i pay 2 room but they have problem with the air condition !!!!!!! so we stayed 4 people in one room and all 4 of us slept in one bed . and they didn't want to give us money back for the unused room at all!!!!!!!!! in the bathroom, the toilet is full of toilet paper. there were no room slippers at 4 stars and they told me they were only for hotel members and no hair dryer!!!!!!!

Сервис очень плохой!!! Уборка производиться вечером. Возвращаешься в грязную комнату. Уборка плохая. Тапочки просила в течении нескольких дней. Халат не дали, даже после двух просьб.

If I travel to London again I will stay in this hotel.

Location, very clean facility.

Not very well organized breakfast around 9 o’clock. Coffee machines works slowly, very often out of milk. Lack of water.

Excellent location but services need improvement

Services like Shower Gel containers were empty, no drinking water bottles were provided in the room (except day 1). Had to buy water bottles from Tesco Express every day. Bathroom ceiling was in pretty bad condition. Safe/ locker was not working. WC was not as clean as we expect in a 4-5 star hotel.

Et ellers pænt hotel, indbydende, og høfligt personale God morgenmad, i ikke det største udvalg

Har været i receptionen og bede om at få fixet vores TV 4 gange, alle gange ville de komme op og lave det, vi har ikke set nogen komme trods gentagne rykkere, den ene dag sad vi og ventede til kl. 23.00.... uden held, ved udtjekning igen fortalt at det ikke virkede det er 3 gange for meget, varmen slukkede flere gange i løbet af natten og der blev koldt på værelset 18 grader, det er lige koldt nok, måtte stå op 2 gange hver nat og tænde for varmen igen, og var forkølet hver morgen, gulve i restaurant og oven på kaffemaskinen var der beskidt, så ikke ud til at være gjort rent. Mange borde u restauranten vipper, lidt irriterende at sidde ved.

EIn toller Aufenthalt, den wir gerne wiederholen möchten.

WIr hatten ein zweckmäßiges Deluxe Doppelzimmer als vierköpfige Familie, das wir aber tatsächlich fast nur zum Schlafen genutzt haben. Das Frühtsück ist reichhaltig uns lecker. DIe Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Innerhalb von 45 Minuten ist man vom Flughafen an der Underground-Station Gloucester Road. Von hier aus sind es 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hotel. Von der Gloucester Road ist man innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit der Piccadilly-, District- oder Circle-Line überall, wo man hin möchte. Oder man nimmt den Bus, der direkt vor dem Hotel abfährt.

It was an ok stay at your hotel as location served our purpose for travelling to go sightseeing.

Breakfast was ok. Location of hotel was ideal for going places.

Chairs could be lifted at breakfast rather than being dragged across the floor, it was very noisey and not comfortable setting. Also very little room between tables. For the price I paid for the queen duplex suite, thought I would have a fridge. I didn’t like when you check in, £50.00 was taken each night of my stay, yes it’s hotel policy but another £20.00 was taken with out my permission! It’s now going to take a week to get it back! Very disappointed with this as I paid in full when I arrived!

Great location.

The price for the location get top marks for this hotel. The concierge and front desk task were also awesome.

Room service staff were not pleasant. I had one member of the room service staff complain and sulk in front of me when my kids and I walked in the room while they were in the process of cleaning it. We ended up not getting our room cleaned the rest of our long stay to avoid triggering my anxiety... and upon check out, we realised my child's phone was missing and management wasn't very helpful despite the phone location showing that it was still within the hotel premises. Breakfast was also the same everyday. So definitely not coming back.

die Lage ist super zentral und angenehm. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants und Geschäfte und ein sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, Bus und U-Bahn 100 m über die Straße zu erreichen. Fußläufig zum Hyde Park, Harrods etc. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter an Empfang und im Frühstücksrestaurant. Sehr netter Concierge. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war sehr gut.

Im Bad gab es zu wenige Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen und das Licht war etwas zu schwach. Allgemein wirkte es in den Gängen etwas düster, durch die gedeckten Farben. Die Betten waren relativ schmal für zwei Personen. Es gab im Schrank so gut wie keine Möglichkeit, um Kleider einzuräumen.

Nice and relaxed stay

Nice hotel in a good location, very close to the tube station. The stuff was very friendly and the cookies were much appreciated. Perfect for visiting the science and natural history museums. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was good, though a bit monotonous. The pancakes machine was a major hit with the kids, regardless of age, they all seemed to enjoy making pancakes.

Will definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in a great location with Gloucester Road tube station directly across the road. The staff were great to deal with and really looked after us. Had dinner there one of the nights we stayed and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be making a return trip.

Lage gut, Hotel zu teuer für das was es ist...

Die Lage des Hotels direkt an der Underground Station ist super! Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe sind auch gut.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war dürftig. M&M's von den Vorbewohnern lagen auch nach 3 Tagen Aufenthalt noch unter dem Bett. Bad und Fenster sind nicht sauber. Beim Checkout hat es niemanden interessiert wie unser Aufenthalt gewesen ist.

Le matelas n'était pas confortable. Nous étions 4 et la chambre n'était pas fonctionnelle : nous n'avions pas de places pour ranger les vêtements du coup on a laissé une valise entière de vêtements. Pas de patère pour les serviettes mouillées.

Très belle expérience dans un endroit propre et pratique géographiquement.

L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de la station de métro Gloucester Road (lignes directes pour les sites touristiques), dans un secteur à la fois très sécurisant et vivant. Le personnel de l’accueil est sympathique, l’hôtel est très agréable et la chambre de très bonne taille, surtout pour Londres. Nous sommes ravis de notre expérience dans cet hôtel.

Ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres…nous avons eu parfois trop chaud et aurions aimé pouvoir aérer la chambre dans laquelle nous étions 4…

Très bon séjour au doubleTree

Chambre confortable et très propre. Moquette impeccable. Petit déjeuner correct. Très bon accueil, personnel accueillant et réactif. Nous y reviendrions sans problème. Il est en plus très bien placé, idéal lorsqu'on a des enfants.

Le restaurant dépanne et le repas pour les enfants y est offert mais les serveurs semblaient inexpérimentés et les plats de qualité très moyenne. C'est vraiment dommage car tout le reste était parfait.

Struttura molto comoda e ben servita per muoversi in autonomia con metro e bus. Personale cortese e disponibile.
